The Ping i25features a 460cc 8-1-1 titanium head with a powerful 6-4 titanium face insert to provide maximum energy transfer for longer drives and improved forgiveness. The player is able to adjust the loft a half degree in either direction to optimize trajectories in accordance to the day's conditions. It also features a low and deep center of gravity that is achieved through high-density tungsten weighting which reduces spin, increases the MOI, and flattens the ball flight for added distance. Its subtle racing stripe alignment aid on the crown assists in alignment for improved accuracy.

what is the difference between g25 and i25 drivers
asked by Mike S. on 12/9/2015
The Ping I25 Driver is adjustable, focuses on reduced spin, accurate alignment, and effective shaft fitting. It also features Tungsten weighting to lower the center of gravity and raise the MOI. The G25 Driver has a large forgiving head, trajectory tuning technology, and a speed-generating shaft.

Dead straight

Sometimes I wonder if new stuff is that much better. I've hit many many drivers with all the shafts, and this old generic ping home brand shaft and un-adjustable head is so straight and powerful. M1M2, not a fan as much of head-shape bulge way out over toe. Callaway hard to find a smaller sweet spot on face imo. This is more forgiving for me and just straight all day.

These clubs were awesome. Played a round and added 10+ yards with each club.

Ping I25 8.5

Excellent driver. I went from a callaway xhot pro to the I25 because I was looking for a more forgiving club. My mishits are on the heel and I have found that I dont lose as much yardage with the Ping than I did with the xhot pro. I play a natural fade and the Ping plays wonderful with this. Im hitting the ball more consistent. I use the PWR 65 on normal days and the PWR 75 on windy days and couldnt be happier with the shafts. This club has really kept my scores down as I am able to find the fairways more. Now if only I can work on my putting skills.

Great driver, does not take much effort to swing the club. Great distance and good control, make sure you get the right shaft which is key! Picked up 15 yards from my past driver, Taylor R-1.

You get to try it when, where, and how you want for two weeks before deciding if you want to buy it or not.

Want to test out two different brands, or two different configurations? No problem. U-try lets you try out up to 2 clubs for $25 per club.

This isn't 30 minutes on the range with range balls, a pro looking over your shoulder, and an awkward conversation at the end about whether you want it or not.

U-try gives you the freedom to test drive the club on your course, at your pace, with the golf ball you play. Use it as much as you like so you can really know what the club will do for your game before you invest in it.

If you do love it, that's awesome! You keep the club, we'll subtract the $25 trial fee off the final cost of the club, and we'll charge you the difference.
