The Ping G Driver is designed for speed to help you get the most distance out of your swing. This driver features Turbulators and speed generating VorTec technology aerodynamics, reducing drag by 37% and increasing carry distance 3-4 yards. The G driver also features a thinner T9S face for faster ball speeds and it employs Dragonfly Technology by saving eight grams of weight from the crown to better position the center of gravity to optimize forgiveness and consistency. Additionally, this driver has a five lobe hosel to allow for one degree of loft adjustment.

toss up between the Ping G driver and the Ping SF Tec driver
asked by Gerald D. on 6/1/2016
If possible, I would recommend trying both to see which one works best for you. One person might like the G and another might like the SF Tec more. Using a launch monitor will also help you decide which one is best.

I have i25 irons purple dot, standard length, r300 steel shafts, reg. flex. does the g driver come in purple dot or is that what I need ?
asked by Jack C. on 8/8/2016
Drivers have a standard lie angle since the golf ball is being hit off of a tee. It is not necessary to have a different lie angle.

I'd the club face taller than the i25 driver
asked by James W. on 10/23/2016
Yes, the G driver will be taller compared to the i25 making it more forgiving.

Which ping driver would you recommend for swing speeds of around 70 to 80 miles per hour?
asked by Ben C. on 12/20/2016
The G driver would be a great choice. Keep in mind the most important factors will be shaft flex and loft. With 70-80 mph swing, senior flex shaft and 12 degrees of loft are going to give the best results.

Does the Ping G give more yardage than the Ping G30?
asked by AL H. on 6/7/2017
According to Ping, new technology in the G does give more distance while maintaining the forgiveness the G30 was knows for.

REALLY performs as advertised

Was in market for a new driver after playing the Callaway XR for a couple years. The XR was ok but noticed it gave me too much spin and no roll out. Read the reviews for the G LS low spin driver and bought it used. Really impressed with the results! This driver really produces (10-15 more yards) and continually keeps my ball in the fairway and not an exaggeration. Ping tech works! LS for low spin and SF for straight flight...both perform as advertised. Just pick your weapon!

Most forgiving driver on the market

The ball flies off the face of this driver. Even if you do not get the best contact the ball still manages to find fairways. This driver has already shaved a couple strokes off of my game!

After trying several name brand drivers the Ping G was just what I was looking for. I experienced more distance and better control with this club.

Great purchase!

I've barely scratched the surface of what this club can do, but I already feel the forgiveness, and I already love it.

I bought this club used in "very good" condition, and it looks even better than I expected. And it arrived faster than I expected, too. For the price I paid and the amazing customer service, Global Golf can't be beat. I'll be checking here first for everything from now on.

These are your U-try selections. Only U-try eligible clubs appear here. 2 club limit.

Our U-try golf club demo program lets you try out a brand new golf club from the game's top brands for 14 days and only $25 a club. That's right—you get a brand new, still-in-the-plastic club to try for two weeks for just $25.

You get to try it when, where, and how you want for two weeks before deciding if you want to buy it or not.

Want to test out two different brands, or two different configurations? No problem. U-try lets you try out up to 2 clubs for $25 per club.

This isn't 30 minutes on the range with range balls, a pro looking over your shoulder, and an awkward conversation at the end about whether you want it or not.

U-try gives you the freedom to test drive the club on your course, at your pace, with the golf ball you play. Use it as much as you like so you can really know what the club will do for your game before you invest in it.

If you don't love it, simply put it back in the box it came in, use the included prepaid return shipping label, and send it back to us. That's it.

If you do love it, that's awesome! You keep the club, we'll subtract the $25 trial fee off the final cost of the club, and we'll charge you the difference.
