Description

The new line of PING G425 drivers feature innovative turbulators to reduce aerodynamic drag while increasing speed. The proprietary T9S+ forged face accelerates flexing across the face for better distance. The LST model is constructed with a pear-shaped 445cc head for lower spin. A 17-gram CG shifter features three settings- Draw, Neutral, and Fade -to deliver the best launch conditions for the your swing.

LST stands for low spin and is for those with high club head speeds. SFT stands for Straight Flight and has more weight in the heel helping those who slice.

I've tried a lot of drivers SIM, EPIC, Titleist, etc and nothing compares to this. I have had it for only 5 rounds after being fit and my drives have gone from 280 total to 305-310. Extremely forgiving for a low spin head but would only recommend it if you are an 8 handicap or below as it requires consistent ball striking. Higher handicaps should opt for the forgiveness of the G425 MAX. The aldila rogue white 70X is an amazing no-upcharge shaft.

Ping tends to get a bad rap for the sound of their woods, but to me the thud this makes is so pure. Compared to the SIM this is much more forgiving and user-friendly, you are guaranteed to hit more fairways. Get fit and order from global golf

I have always struggled with the driver. This driver is the most forgiving and straightest driver I’ve ever hit. My swing speed was recently clocked at 122 so the extra stiff shaft I got handles it. The smaller head and lower spin of the LST model is amazing. Only frustrated I got it at the end of the season.

The new G425 LST Driver by Ping features a pear-shaped design to provide much lower spin rates than that of the previous Ping Drivers. The 445cc head provides about 200 rpms less spin than the G410 LST and 500-700 rpms less than the G425 Max.
