If you are not 100% satisfied with your GlobalGolf purchase you can now use our on-line service to return your item(s).
Holiday Returns
Gift purchases made between October 5, 2023 and December 31, 2023, can be returned through January 31, 2024. This change overrides our normal 30 day return limit. All other return policies are applicable.

Return Shipping Charges
FedEx drop off charge $7.99 (savings of $4.00 on a $11.99 average) using our FedEx label.
Return Policies
- You may return any item, with the exception of custom or personalized products, for any reason within 60 days of receipt of the product for a complete refund of the product price.
- The return shipping and/or pickup costs will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund, except when the return is due to our error.
- Product must be returned in the same condition as it was sold, except for Playability Guarantee items.
- Item must not be used nor altered and must include all inserts and accessories, if applicable.
- If the item has been used or is not in the same condition as it was sold, a 15% restocking fee may be applied or your return refused.
Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days of receipt and inspection of the items. If you paid for your order with a gift certificate and or credit card or PayPal combination the refund will be credited to the gift certificate first and balance will then be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account.
All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. 30 Day Playability items returned will be refunded via a GlobalGolf e-gift card.
International Returns
For returns from outside the continental US, you may use our on-line returns center but you are not eligible for a shipping label.
You are responsible for choosing an international delivery service (not expedited) and paying any shipping cost.
You will be credited for your shipping cost if the return was due to a GlobalGolf error. Shipping charges for returned items that are not a result of GlobalGolf error will not be refunded.
Please be sure to send a copy of your shipping charges with your package.
Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days of receipt and inspection of the items. All refunds will be issued in US currency. The conversion from foreign currency to US currency depends on currency exchange rates. We issue refunds based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. If you paid for your order with a gift certificate and or credit card or PayPal combination the refund will be credited to the gift certificate first and balance will then be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. 30-Day Playability items returned will be refunded via a GlobalGolf e-gift card.
Shipping Promotions
If a free shipping or similar promotion was applied to a prior order, the amount of that promotion will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer for any returned items. This excludes those returns that result from the error of GlobalGolf or product exchanges.
Warranty Policies
- GlobalGolf has a limited 1-year warranty on select new golf clubs/apparel/shoes/tech products and will honor all applicable manufacturer warranties. GlobalGolf also offers a 12-month limited warranty on Certified Preowned clubs, which covers manufacturer failures and defects to the functioning portion of the clubs.
- Golf Club warranties specifically cover failures and defects to the functioning portions of the club. Other damage is evaluated on a case by case basis to determine the nature of the damage.
- In addition to the limited manufacturer’s warranty, GlobalGolf now offers an Accident Protection Coverage with UGuard. This program covers all of your favorite products, for up to three years, and provides accident protection above and beyond what is available on the limited warranties. Have the ultimate peace of mind with UGuard and don’t worry about any issues that may arise with your favorite golf gear.

Failures and defects related to the functioning portions of the club may include but are not limited to:
- Shaft failure/defect up to 6 inches above the hosel
- Shaft failure/defect within the gripped portion of the shaft
- Failure/defect within the contact area/perimeter of the clubface
- Warranties do not cover misused or abused products

Apparel/shoe warranties are based on manufacturer guidelines. The following do not qualify for warranty:
- Excessive damage/scuffing/wear
- Material damage caused by lack of improper maintenance
- Items that have been damaged, altered or abused.
- Returned products that do not meet manufacturer specified warranty criteria may be returned at customer’s expense or destroyed at no additional cost
- GlobalGolf follows the warranty standards defined by the original equipment manufacturers and are not responsible for denial of warranty claims
- Items that qualify for warranty will be replaced with an exact replacement or a store credit for the product price at time of purchase.
- There is no specified warranty on preowned golf clubs other than the GlobalGolf 30-Day return policy. Any club that has not been hit can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs.
