Amazing selection & customer focus

I Love Global Golf and they have become my only source to consider when buying used clubs. And I am a huge fan of buying used gear because the technology has become so good in the past 10 years that I do not see a need to buy new gear.
There are 3 basic reasons why I believe GG is (without question) the #1 place to spend your money on used golf gear.
1. The inventory is amazing.
As I try to determine which irons are best for my game I have been able to find a broad spectrum of technology from elite player’s irons like Mizuno MP 20s to super game improvement irons like Callaway Rogue X. And there are frequently multiple set make ups with various shaft options to pair with the club heads. Like most online shoppers, I love having options.

2. Customer Service.
GG has representatives who can provide you with updates on the processing and shipping of your newly acquired gear. And shipping times were under a week on my multiple purchases. GG has a small company feel with just enough personal attention.

My biggest fear while researching and trying new gear is that the clubs will not fit my game. Most companies (as far as I can tell) like 2nd Swing, Golf Galaxy, PGA TSS and TGW all allow for returns...but they do NOT provide a refund. Other golf stores seem to limit your option to the equivalent of an “in store credit”. This policy is a win for the company because they retain your money as revenue...and almost always turn that revenue into additional revenue when you leverage the in store credit to make a future purchases.
However, GG is the ONLY golf shop that I have found that actually provides a REFUND on any purchases of used gear within 60 days of purchase. This gives any shopper unparalleled peace of mind when evaluating clubs because quite frankly, we the consumer do get it wrong on club purchases from time to time (I attribute this to not know which shaft is ideal for our swings). I have purchased a driver, 3 wood, 2 hybrids and a putter for myself as well as an entire set of Taylormade clubs for my wife from GG...and all of these are keepers. But I have also purchased two sets of irons (Mizuno sand Taylormade) that I don’t care for, and these clubs I returned for a full refund (less shipping fees) questions asked!
It is this very customer focused policy that has me becoming a very loyal GG fan. And there is no doubt that I will be spending more $ at GG...primarily in the form of a set of irons, but because I LOVE this company, I will give them as much business as possible (balls, gloves, clothes, etc).

I do a lot of research when shopping, and in my humble opinion, GG is the #1 stop for buying golf gear. I would go as far to say that GG May be the Nordstrom’s of the golf world.
Bravo GG, Bravo!

Way above expectations

Bought these off their Ebay site and was listed as used but excellent condition. Showed up in 2 days from ship and were brand new with the shrink wrap still on the heads. Since then I have purchased a M6 D type driver from the store site and was listed as very good but also came in pretty much new condition. Only signs of wear barely noticeable on the sole. I would not hesitate to buy from here again and have reccomend the site to all my friends.

M6 Irons Overview

Speed Bridge on back of Iron

Speed Bridge

The back of the TaylorMade M6 irons has a unique feature the company calls Speed Bridge. This vertical bar connects the topline to the mass at the sole of the club. It is designed to improve sound, feel, and ball speed. Connecting the Speed Bridge to the topline stabilizes that area of the club, preventing loss of energy at impact. That saved energy is transferred to the golf ball for more distance. Reducing vibrations also benefits the sound and feel of the club. Incorporating the Speed Bridge into the design also allows for the enhancement of the next feature, the new Speed Pocket.

Speed Pocket on the sole of the Club

Redesigned Speed Pocket

The Speed Pocket on the sole of the M6 irons flexes at impact, helping to create more ball speed on all shots, especially those hit low on the club face. This latest version of the Speed Pocket is a thru-slot, which takes more material out of the slot, allowing it to flex more. This design is possible because of the strength and stability the Speed Bridge provides.

Highlights HYBRAR Compression Damper

HYBRAR Compression Damper

The Speed Bridge also causes the area of maximum face deflection to lower on the head. TaylorMade’s answer to this issue is the HYBAR compression damper. The multi-material structure activates at impact to reduce the vibrations at the deflection point, taking the “sting” out of your hands and making more shots feel flushed.

Breakdown of other technologies in the club

Other Proven Technologies

M6 irons are packed with several other proven technologies to boost performance. Inverted Cone Technology varies the thickness of the face, making the irons more forgiving by increasing ball speed on mishits. The topline has a 360-degree Undercut, where the face wraps around the top line to help the face flex more at impact and optimize CG location. The hosel features Fluted Hosel 2.0 technology. Material is shaved out of the hosel to save weight, redistributing the weight around the club head to optimize CG location and raise MOI. This feature also has aerodynamic properties, helping the club glide through the air easier and moving faster.
