Description

The Callaway Great Big Bertha is back, and it represents the next generation in driver design. It features a light and fast multi-material chassis to generate more clubhead speed through advanced aerodynamics and a wide range of weight classes to suit multiple swing types. The Great Big Bertha also features Next Gen RMOTO technology that provides a thinner face which leads to higher ball speeds on center and off center hits. The added Adjustable Perimeter Weighting on the perimeter of the head allows for ball flight and dispersion control with extra forgiveness.

Senior golfer

Dexterity: Right Hand

I have had a Great Big Bertha Driver for over a year and played about 75 rounds of golf and I like it a lot. When I was picking drivers in Spring of 2016, I tried all the popular drivers( M1, M2, XR, Titlist, Cobra but this one felt this best for me and seemed to be easier to hit and go a little farther for me. And it was $150 cheaper than the new ones. I hit it straight and sometimes with slight fade. I have it set for draw but I don't get one and I have the loft turned down to 9.5 but I still hit it pretty high. I will be 70 in a month and my drives are only about 200 yds unless I hit some hard turf or catch one good. Sometimes I can get 235. I like the driver.

Forgiving and Long.

All the adjustability you will need.

The sliding weight can help make up some errors in your ball flight.

The composite head feels solid. Not overly tingy at impact. This club will launch the ball higher than the Double Black Diamond with more spin as well. If you need the help to elevate your ball and keep it in the air with some spin. This club will help you with both!

Great Driver!

Great driver though it seems very upright and the face seems closed. But the sliding weight in the back definitely helps alleviate the left miss.

very forgiving driver. ball still goes straight even if it wasn't hit in the sweet spot... had longer drive yardage than my previous driver which almost has the same specs..

Technology / Specs

The Callaway Great Big Bertha Driver

The Callaway Great Big Bertha driver is the next best thing in Callaway’s driver design. It’s designed for the everyday golfer, making sure that no yard is left behind. It’s adjustable, lightweight and faster than any previous driver in the Callaway arsenal. It really is a technological breakthrough, and something all golfers will want to check out.

To squeeze every single yard out of this driver, you’ll need speed. To increase speed Callaway has put the Next Gen R*Moto Technology front and center. This technology provides a secure structure for an ultra-thin face, creating fast ball speeds on both center and off-center shots.

The Callaway Great Big Bertha driver also features an adjustable perimeter weight. This 10-gram weight can be adjusted, towards the heel for more draw, or towards the toe for more fade on your ball flight. You can also fine tune your loft and lie angle with the OptiFit hosel.

This driver is available in 9, 10.5, and 13.5-degree loft options. The left-handed model will be available in 9 and 10.5 degrees. The driver will also come with four different stock shaft options, each featuring different launch characteristics, making sure everyone can easily fit into this driver.
