Description

The Z 585 Driver is 460cc with shaping weighting that promote a higher, straighter drive and added forgiveness on off-center drives. It features the Ti51AF Cup Face, a stronger, faster, and lighter face that produces excellent ball speed for increased distance. The club is made with a lightweight carbon crown that moves mass to the perimeter for a more forgiving, accurate drive.

The markings that you will likely find on Very Good Condition products will show typical wear of models of its age. All of the wear is purely cosmetic, and will not in any way affect the performance of the club. Technology / Specs

The Srixon Z585 driver is more forgiving and designed to hit high launching shots with low spin for excellent distance. The following features help create this beast.


Ti51AF Cup Face



The Z585 driver gets its tremendous distance from a new Ti51AF Cup Face. It's made from a high-strength titanium alloy and stretches across the entire face, wrapping around to the crown and sole.

The Cup Face flexes at impact, so shots hit across the entire face get a boost in ball speed and distance.


Lightweight Carbon Crown



To make the Z585 driver more forgiving, designers topped the club with a lightweight carbon crown. Using carbon allows more weight to be placed around the perimeter of the club, increasing MOI and forgivness.


Head Shape



The 460cc head of the Srixon Z585 driver has a shallower face than the Z785 driver. At address, the back of the club sticks out farther, giving the club an aerodynamic look. This also moves the CG location farther back for high launching shots.


The stock specs for the Srixon Z585 driver are listed below. The stock Project X Hzrdus Red shaft is a mid-launch, mid-spin shaft.
