Q
Does the head cover and tool come with the Mint Condition club? In one of the reviews the individual said he received them with his club?
asked by Harry M. on 4/8/2016
A
You can view the product details down on the left hand side of the page. It will say "includes headcover" then say "yes" or "no". If you look under the stock photo, you will see the heading that says "Buy these together and save" if the item doesn't include the cover. Typically, mint does not include the tool.

Between D2 and D3 Titliest Driver which is the latest model .I found Used D3 is cheaper than D2.
asked by Aruldoss N. on 6/29/2016
A
The 915D2 and D3 were released at the same time. The D2 is larger, more forgiving, and provides a higher launch compared to the D3.

Q
Is 93 mph fast enough for a stiff shaft?
asked by Joe C. on 9/26/2016
A
Based on the information you provided, I would highly recommend doing a driver fitting with a launch monitor to figure out the best shaft for your swing. On swing-speed alone, you are at the bottom of being able to use a stiff flex and the top of the spectrum of a regular flex. Generally speaking a regular flex is good for someone with a swing-speed between 85-95 mph and a stiff flex is good for someone with a swing-speed between 95-105 mph.

Q
What is difference between the red vs blue diamana shafts I need higher
asked by James B. on 7/2/2016
A
The red shaft has a soft tip section allowing for higher launch and more spin while the blue has a medium tip for mid launch and slightly less spin. In completing the diamana family, the white has a stiff tip providing low launch and low spin for fast swing speeds.

Q
it seems like all titelist drivers are 45 inches long, do you have 45.5. inch lenght drivers in the 915D2 or D3 series? Tks
asked by Omarla M. on 2/26/2017

It looks like we do have some drivers that are 45.5. If you click on the length where it says Standard, you can change it to +.50" to see options at that length.

Q
I have a swing speed of 108 and a 10 handicap which shaft should I get for my new 915D2?
asked by Jake S. on 4/16/2017
A
As there are many variables involved when it comes to shaft selection, I would recommend having a fitting done by a local PGA Professional to make sure the right shaft is selected.

Titleist 915 D2

Handicap: 16-20  Plays Golf: I play more than once a week  Dexterity: Right Hand

Very forgiving driver. I don't have to hit the center of the clubface in order to hit a good shot. It gives me more confidence on the tee knowing that I'll most likely hit a good one with this driver.

Mint Condition - I'd say NEW!
By Greg W. on 4/18/2018
4 out of 6 people found this review helpful.

I was shocked to get the club still in a Titleist plastic bag with the club head still wrapped in plastic. It's brand new and never been used! It also came with a brand new head cover! You can't beat getting a brand new club for 1/2 the price! The driver came with the torque tool too! AMAZING!

I love my 915 D2! Really forgiving and gives great feedback back throughout your swing. I tested a lot of drivers before buying the 915. I also bought the 3 wood to match.

Great driver. Paired with the right shaft, will be right up there in distance to aot of the current new releases. Forgiving on off center hits. I did have to loft down compared to other drivers.

You will enjoy this driver. It is as good as the reviews suggest. I did not expect the one I ordered to be like new but it was. GG had it rated as in average shape but it was much better!

Solid driver. Easy to hit. Adjustable to help you dial in your game. When you hit this club pure the ball is going long. It took me a bit to adjust from my Cobra Bio-Cell, but I am loving this club now.

915 Driver (10.5 degrees)
By Brian P on 5/23/2016
2 out of 2 people found this review helpful.

It arrived about 10 days ago. It's in very good shape considering it was in bargain/value condition! I've been able to hit it significantly farther than my Callaway Big Bertha!

I also purchased a titleist torque wrench which makes it easy to changed the loft and lie. Well worth the money considering I have two other titleist clubs on which it can be used.

915D2

Handicap: 11-15  Plays Golf: I play weekly  Dexterity: Right Hand

Love the new 915D2 driver. Traded in my Adams XTD for that driver. Really good looking driver, clean lines, no flashy colors, just a nice shiny black finish and a subtle Titleist logo on the side. I've gained about 15-20 yds over my old driver when I hit the ball well, on worse shots, the ball still travels far. Of course it will not fix your bad swing, but when hit fairly decently you will find yourself on the fairway. Loved my older Adams driver because of the swing weight and was hesitant at first when I tried the 915. After 9 holes I was sold and it's been in my bag ever since. Even the headcover is high quality and looks great. Typical Titleist!

G.O.A.T.

Handicap: 16-20  Plays Golf: I play weekly  Dexterity: Right Hand

Simply put this driver is the "Greatest Of All Time". I was in the market for a new driver after recent struggles with my Ping G25 which I once loved. I headed out to a local golf store to demo the lastest and greatest drivers on the market after some research I had a good idea of which clubs I was leaning towards. I had narrowed it down to Ping and Callaway, when by chance I walked past the Titleist display. For kicks I hit the 915 D2 in 8.5/ x-stiff and 9.5/ stiff and to my surprise..... First drive was a 325 yard drive with a 4 yard draw. I thought beginners luck, so I hit ball after ball after ball with similar results. With my best drive being a 342 yard bomb. I was sold! I ordered a value rated 915 D2 Aldila Phenom 50 tour X stiff from Globalgolf. It arrived yesterday and words cannot describe how great this driver is and I haven't even dialed in my setting yet. I was not a fan of Titleist before this driver but now I have to call this the easiest driver I have ever swung, without question! And as always Globalgolf sent me a great club at a great price.

Technology / Specs

Titleist ventured down a road they don’t often travel with the Titleist 915 D2 driver. You can always count on a clean, classic, and traditional look from Titleist, but you can’t deny technology so they’ve found a way to keep up with the times but still keep the classic look they’re known for.

The Titleist 915 D2 driver features an Active Recoil Channel on the sole. It’s a wide sole channel that delivers more distance by actively flexing at impact. This flexing motion launches the golf ball off the face with higher ball speeds and lower spin rates, creating a long driving machine. A deeper dive into this ARC technology shows that clubs without it actually have a rigid sole and deflect more in the crown at impact, which leads to higher spin. So the addition of the ARC creates active deflection in the crown and sole at impact.

The 915 D2 driver also features a Radial Speed Face. This is a very high speed face insert, with a thick center and radially thin perimeter towards the heel and toe portions of the face. This design delivers more distance on off-center hits.

The reduced thickness in the face frees up weight in the clubhead design that has been strategically placed in the back of the clubhead. By re-positioning weight in the rear it results in a low and deep center of gravity that produces one of the most forgiving drivers on the market.

The Titleist 915 D2 driver is equipped with a Titleist’s Surefit Tour Hosel that allows for 16 different loft and lie combinations. This unique system delivers the most precise fit available today. The Titleist 915 D2 driver is available in 7.5, 8.5, 9.5, 10.5, and 12 degrees of loft and with multiple premium shaft options available at no upcharge.
