Description

The Ping K15 driver features a 460cc titanium head with SF Tec, a Ping innovation that concentrates 10-percent of the head mass towards the heel, which assists in squaring the clubface, resulting in straighter drives. The face is longer from heel to toe, resulting in a higher MOI for consistent performance across a larger portion of the face. Its low and deep center of gravity generates low spin with a high launch angle for optimal trajectory.

Condition Description

Clubs in Very Good Condition have been played with and cared for in an appropriate fashion. The markings that you will likely find on Very Good Condition products will show typical wear of models of its age. All of the wear is purely cosmetic, and will not in any way affect the performance of the club. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Very Good Condition: Normal ball marks and scratching on the face; normal scratching on the sole; minor dings and nicks on the crown and/or around the edges of the head; very light scratches, paint chips, paint blemishes on or around the crown.

Q
After researching the SF Tec clubs from Ping -Is the K-15 any better or worse than the new PING 30 SF TEC ? i HIT A HIGH TEE BALL AND AM USING A AERO BURNER 10.5 THAT FADES JUST A BIT MUCH
asked by Rick B. on 3/31/2017
A
Both clubs are drivers geared to help eliminate a slice. The G30 was a very successful release and is known to be outstanding in regards to forgiveness so I would lean toward it.

bought the k15 last month. decided to get one with 12 degree loft. getting more distance and height, and also going straight. i have a g10 driver 10.5 degree loft with draw face. like it a lot and it has been good to me but after only 4 weeks with the k15 i can see a good difference. this is good now and going to get better after i get really use to it!!! i am 66 years old and have had many drivers in my lifetime but the k15 is the best ever!!

Love it!

I received this driver as a birthday gift 8/24. I have had the PING ISI and Si3 in the past and recently switched to the Titleist 983K and felt like the technology has caught up with me. This club is explosive off the tee. I have always had a strong fade and with the K15 I was hitting the ball straight. I unwrapped the plastic on the first tee and didn't even hit a ball on the range. 295 right down the middle.

Great Driver!

The K15 was my first Ping driver. I was **** for it at a PGA Superstore and chose this model over the G15. I have been playing golf all my life and have struggled with driving. I bought this club hoping that I would be able to drive more consistently and straighter. So far my game has been better than ever and this has a lot to do with my driving ability now. This club is feels great, is very easy to control, and really simple to hit straight. I went from hitting 2 or 3 great drives per 18 holes to only one bad drive each game. I would recommend this club to anyone who struggles with driving straight. I can easily hit this club straight 250-300 yards depending on the wind. It has a very nice explosive feel when you hit a great shot. The only thing I didn't like when testing it out was the massive size of the club head but now it doesn't bother me at all.

Ping SF Tec is Amazing!
By Allen on 10/25/2018

I searched for a driver that would replace my old Top Flight beginner's driver while also helping me cure my "extreme fades." I unintentionally found the K15 at a local used club retailer last spring and decided to give it a try because the price was right. I immediately noticed a significant increase in straight drives at the range and proceeded to play the entire summer with this driver. I was so impressed with Ping's SF Tec and it's effect on my game that I bought the (newer) G driver along with matching 3 and 5 fairway woods, all with SF Tec and all used from Global Golf. I am now consistently straighter on my tee shots and longer fairway shots than ever before. These clubs with this SF Tec have given me a ton more confidence and I find I'm hitting more shots that will undoubtedly keep bringing me back to the course for more. Thank you, Ping and Global Golf!

club came in the beginning of estimated delivery time frame, club condition was as specified, have really enjoyed the club itself, huge improvement over the freebie hand me down that was 20+ years old, would definately recommend the club for anyone looking for something nice and simple and not trying to spend hundreds
