The Ping i15 fairway wood is constructed from stainless steel heads that are slightly elongated from heel-to-toe for more forgiveness and is internally weighted to produce less spin for a more penetrating trajectory. Its fade-biased, low-profile design has the better player in mind who demands high performance from any condition that the course presents.

Handicap: 11-15  Plays Golf: I play weekly  Dexterity: Left Hand

Got this 3 wood as an afterthought to join an i15 driver I recently (theoretically) was excited to add to my bag.
Hit my current driver (old Titlest 907) and fairway woods well (especially 913 f-d I have set at 17.25 degrees), but I love to tinker and search for something better/different.
I really like the fade bias in this 3 wood, which really allows me to aggressively turn over a draw without fear of the dreaded snap hook. Heavy, substantial feel (proforce tour stiff shaft certainly contributes as well), overall heft of this club keeps my tempo smooth and wide. Turn back and fire through!! If you like workability (both ways) and a piercing, mid trajectory (especially considering this is a half degree weaker than a typical 3 wood- I certainly don't have a 15 degree club that can go deeper than this club- assuming you can do your job and put the proper swing on it. Foresee this becoming my go to club off the tee in most situations. 240-260 in the short grass works for me! I didn't miss a fairway on the back nine today (7/7!). Not bad considering it was my first time playing it , or hitting it at all.
