  • How do I Trade In my clubs towards a UTry® club purchase?

    All customers are required to submit their trade online at: https://www.globalgolf.com/trade-in/. Once the Trade In has been submitted online, you will receive a packing slip and a FedEx prepaid shipping label. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain a shipping box for mailing.

    TIP: Many customers will use the box that the UTry® club arrived in to submit their Trade. Once the Trade In has been reconciled, GlobalGolf will email a store credit (referred to as an eGiftCard) to the email address provided on the Trade In. Please note that Trade Ins, once received at our facility, may take up to ten (10) business days (Monday – Friday) to be reconciled and credited.

    Once you receive the eGiftCard, please call Customer Service with your UTry® order number and Trade In number; we will be happy to apply your credit to your recent UTry® order. By applying the eGitfCard to the order, it will automatically refund the form of payment used on the UTry® order. Should the Trade In value be more that the value of the club, you will receive a full refund on your original form of payment, and any credit remaining will be available on the same eGiftCard for use on a future purchase at GlobalGolf.

    Please note, Trade In credit can only be applied to orders processed within the last 30 days. Otherwise, Trade In credits will only be processed as a future store credit.
