OZ.1i is L.A.B. Golf’s first putter model with a face insert. Its stainless steel insert provides a firmer feel and faster ball speeds.BackstoryWe’ve always wanted to make a tour-inspired putter. We thought it would be fun because of what we’ve learned about tour players over the years. They are positively at a different level when it comes to sensitivities around shape and feel. It was also opportune timing. Over the last few years, we’ve come to understand Lie Angle Balance at a depth that allows us to unlock far more possibilities in terms of design. So back in early 2023, we asked our friend Adam Scott if he’d be interested in collaborating with us… and we did a little dance when he said, “Yes.”
