Description

The all new Stealth Driver ushers in a new era of driver construction by TaylorMade. After 20 years of incorporating a titanium face, the Stealth now features the new 60X Carbon Twist Face. The 60-layer carbon fiber face is 44% lighter than titanium but 11% larger than the SIM2 and SIM2 Max drivers to optimize ball speed, distance and forgiveness. The weight savings from the Carbon Twist Face allows more weight to pushed low and deep, adding 15% more MOI. A revolutionary nanotexture polyurethane cover on the face brings enhanced launch and spin characteristics regardless of playing conditions.

Nanotexture Cover Promotes High MOI

The 60X Carbon Twist Face is housed under a newly created polyurethane cover that utilizes nanotexture technology on the new Stealth Driver. This cover optimizes spin and launch characteristics to maximize distance in all playing conditions. The weight that is saved with the combination of the 60X Carbon Twist Face and the Nanotexture cover allows the Stealth Driver to have a lower and deeper CG, further boosting MOI.

Speed Pocket and Inertia Generator Make a Return

The Stealth Driver does feature some of the game-changing technologies present from previous generations of TaylorMade Drivers. Firstly, the flexible Speed Pocket on the sole boosts ball speed at impact, no matter the position of the strike on the face. The sole also is home to the Asymmetric Inertia Generator, a design characteristic found on both SIM and SIM2 that helps generate additional club head speed on the downswing, giving you more distance.
