Description

The SIM 2 MAX Fairway Woods incorporate the V Steel Sole for improved turf interaction and versatility with enhanced forgiveness from redistributed mass. A larger, multi-material 190cc head design is constructed with precision weighting and CG placement for explosive distance, enhanced forgiveness, and high launch. High-strength C300 steel is used in the face for incredibly fast ball speeds, paired with Twist Face technology that helps overcome inherent tendencies on mis-hits. The Thru-Slot Speed Pocket increases face flexibility, preservation of ball speed and distance.

Condition Description

Clubs in Very Good Condition have been played with and cared for in an appropriate fashion. The markings that you will likely find on Very Good Condition products will show typical wear of models of its age. All of the wear is purely cosmetic, and will not in any way affect the performance of the club. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Very Good Condition: Normal ball marks and scratching on the face; normal scratching on the sole; minor dings and nicks on the crown and/or around the edges of the head; very light scratches, paint chips, paint blemishes on or around the crown.

This product may be an ARP or DEMO club.

Just received the 3 wood two weeks ago. I have play 2 rounds with the new fairway wood. While I am still adjusting to the new club, it is striking the ball of the fairway with higher and longer distances than my old 8 year old 3 wood. REally happy with the purchase.

Bought the 3 wood draw biased club. Came as advertised. Delivery was smooth and timely. Helps people with a slight fade in the their swing. Now it is my go to club for anything longer than 200yards. Feeling more confident with this club with every round.

I went to purchase a Sim2 5 wood at PGA Superstore. After a good 15 minutes of waiting to be helped I went to desk and told them I wanted to hit this club that was $299. They handed me a beeper and told me a **** will help. While waiting I found an ad online for GlobalGolf. I handed in beeper and told them I was done waiting. I went home and ordered used club “very good” (not excellent) condition and head cover. All in with tax was $160. HALF PRICE
When I received the club it was almost pristine-like new!
Definitely recommend buying used from GlobalGolf.

An Updated Design for Higher Launch and More Draw

The SIM2 Max D Fairway Wood by Taylormade builds off fundamental changes made by SIM while incorporating new technologies to increases performance. The V-Steel soleplate found on the bottom of the SIM2 Max Draw helps to lower the CG, which in turn increases ball speeds and overall distance.

The SIM2 Max D Fairway Wood features an updated version of Taylormade's Twist Face Technology. The strong C300 steel face helps in raising ball speed and distance, while the Twist Face Design angles the face to make off-center strikes straighter.

The SIM2 Max D Fairway Wood features many different materials that combine to give you more forgiveness and distance. The 195cc head combines an ultralight carbon crown with a steel body to create the ultimate distance and draw-bias fairway wood.
