The Big Bertha irons contain a revolutionary core design that delivers incredible sound and feel. With Metal Injection Molded (MIM’d) Tungsten Floating weight the irons offer consistent distance in each swing, as well as creating a higher launch.

All clubs in Value Condition are in 100% playable condition, as all of the markings will be purely cosmetic blemishes, and in no way will affect performance. This is the perfect option for the player looking for more bang for the buck. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Value Condition: NOTE: Some irons are designed to rust over time. This is not considered adverse wear. Moderate face and sole wear; minor groove wear and/or chrome wear; rock dings on the leading edge and/or sole; light rusting; shaft wear. The ferrules may or may not be seated to the hosel on each iron in the set. The ferrule is purely cosmetic, and will not affect the playability of the club.

Suspended Energy Core

Callaway uses an industry-first feature to deliver incredible sound and feel, long, consistent distance, and easy launch. This feature is the Suspended Energy Core.

The new feature uses and reinvents specific materials found in previous Callaway irons. The Suspended Energy Core is made of a Metal Injection Molded (MIM'd) tungsten weight surrounded by urethane microspheres. The floating weight moves the CG deeper in the head for easy launch. The urethane microspheres are responsible for the soft, yet solid feel of the Big Bertha 2019 irons.

The other benefit of the Suspended Energy Core is that it creates more ball speed by making the allwoing the next feature to be made thinner.

360 Face Cup

The 360 Face Cup returns in the Big bertha 2019 irons, with improvements alluded to above. To refresh your memory, the face wraps around the topline and sole, letting the face flex more at impact. This added flexing generates more ball speed for increased distance.

This latest version of 360 Face Cup is thinner than ever before, thanks in part to the Suspended Energy Core.
