    Description

    Offering the perfect blend between a driving iron and a hybrid club, the GAPR Mid is a unique combination of speed and forgiveness. It has minimal offset similar to an iron, but generates power like a metalwood hybrid. The club is optimal for attacking long par 3’s and 2nd shots where the traditional iron will leave it short. The head is created with TaylorMade’s revolutionary SpeedFoam technology, allowing for thinner, faster faces while still maintaining excellent contact sound and feel.

    Clubs in Very Good Condition have been played with and cared for in an appropriate fashion. The markings that you will likely find on Very Good Condition products will show typical wear of models of its age. All of the wear is purely cosmetic, and will not in any way affect the performance of the club. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Very Good Condition: Normal ball marks and scratching on the face; normal scratching on the sole; minor dings and nicks on the crown and/or around the edges of the head; very light scratches, paint chips, paint blemishes on or around the crown.

    Technology / Specs

    The TaylorMade GAPR Mid hybrid has a medium size head with a CG position that produces a mid-high ball flight. Read on to find out about the rest of the performance features.


    SpeedFoam



    The hollow body of the TaylorMade GAPR Mid hybrid is filled with the company's famous SpeedFoam material. The material boosts ball speed and enhances feel.

    SpeedFoam supports the thin face of the GAPR Mid, allowing the face to flex at impact. Added flexing increases ball speed for more distance.

    Thin faced clubs cause more vibration at impact, effecting feel. The SpeedFoam dampens those vibrations and gives you a better feel at impact.


    Speed Pocket



    TaylorMade's Speed Pocket helps with forgiveness and distance. The urethane-filled channel flexes at impact and raises ball speed on shots hit across more of the clubface, especially low on the face. Therefore, mishits aren't penalized as bad.


    Adjustability



    You can adjust the GAPR Mid hybrid with the loft sleeve. Adjust the loft up or down to dial in your ball flight and find the exact yardages you need to fill gaps.
