Description

The Scotty Cameron Concept X putters blend the visual characteristics of a blade with the playability of a mallet, while offering innovative options in setup, materials and construction. Produced in limited quantities, the Concept X putters are for players seeking the top level of putter performance. Each model incorporates high-MOI-producing “wings” with added stability and allow for forgiveness-promoting weight distribution. A dual-zone vibration dampening system offers precisely tuned sound and feel, while the CX-02 is configured with a new low slant Joint Neck. The Joint Neck promotes additional toe flow, while allowing for more weight to be moved to the putter’s perimeter. The an anti-glare stealth gray finish and new grey Pistolero grip installed on a stepless shaft with precision milled shaft ring rounds up the Concept X for the ultimate putting experience.

Innovative Neck Configuration



The Concept X CX-02 putter has a unique Joint Neck hosel configuration. It has a 1-shaft offset, with more toe-flow than the Concept X CX-01. The Joint Neck design also allows more weight to be pushed to the perimeter, adding to the putter’s forgiveness.


Dual-Zone Vibration Dampening Chambers



There are 2 areas of the putter that are made to dampen vibration and improve feel, the face and sole. The 6061 aluminum face is connected to the body with internal screws. In between the face and body is a material that gives the club a soft, solid feel. On the sole, the plate in the middle holds another piece of vibration material.


High-MOI Design



To give the putters added stability and forgiveness, Scotty Cameron designed 2 “wings” that stick out at an angle off the back of the putter. The “wings” add weight to the perimeter, moving the MOI closer to that of a mallet.
