Description

The Tour Edge TGS Triple Grind Sole Stainless wedge has a pear-shaped head design and Tour-inspired triple grind sole that eliminates bounce from the heel and toe areas. The TGS sole dramatically improves shotmaking versatility from a variety of playing conditions by allowing players to open and close the club face without fear of the head grabbing the turf. The wedge features USGA conforming grooves CNC milled to the maximum allowable size for precise control. The classic stainless steel head finish provides a classic look for enhanced visualization.

It All Depends

I have purchased any of a number of Tour Edge products. Putters, hybrids, and wedges. Have enjoyed playing with their clubs. I chose the TGS Triple Grind wedge due to my history with this manufacturer and because I was able to purchase it with a senior flex shaft. So, having played it for multiple rounds, what's the verdict? Simply stated, when you pure it the club is satisfying. When you don't, not so much. If this makes sense, it's like playing pro style blade irons. The sweet spot is small and this club lets you know when you're swinging it with precision. I'm an 11 handicap, and I'm not sure my game is up to this club's potential. So, I give three stars to my game and suggest anyone reading this review apply their own criteria when considering the Triple Grind.

Best Sand Wedge Ever

Handicap: 11-15  Plays Golf: I play more than once a week  Dexterity: Right Hand

Have always had problems out of the sand. Had lessons and still not consistent. For this price I had to try the "triple grind". I haven't left one in the sand since I got it and almost holed a couple. I got the 60° and the bounce is perfect for all kinds of sand (hard, soft, etc).

These are your Utry® selections. Only Utry® eligible clubs appear here. 2 club limit.

Our Utry® golf club demo program lets you try out a brand new golf club from the game's top brands for 14 days and only $25 a club or $100 an iron set. That's right—you get a brand new, still-in-the-plastic club to try for two weeks for just $25.

You get to try it when, where, and how you want for two weeks before deciding if you want to buy it or not.

Want to test out two different brands, or two different configurations? No problem. Utry® lets you try out up to 2 clubs for $25 per club or 1 iron set for $100.

This isn't 30 minutes on the range with range balls, a pro looking over your shoulder, and an awkward conversation at the end about whether you want it or not.

Utry® gives you the freedom to test drive the club on your course, at your pace, with the golf ball you play. Use it as much as you like so you can really know what the club will do for your game before you invest in it.

If you don't love it, simply put it back in the box it came in, use the included prepaid return shipping label, and send it back to us. That's it.

If you do love it, that's awesome! You keep the club, we'll subtract the $25 trial fee off the final cost of the club, and we'll charge you the difference.
