The Srixon Z-765 iron set features a forged muscle back design and incorporates Srixon's newly modified sole grind, Tour V.T. Sole. The added bounce to the leading edge and reduced bounce from the trailing edge reduces turf interaction and helps tighten shot dispersion for more control. The 1020 Carbon Steel body provides an extremely soft but solid feel. The Z-765 irons also feature 5 percent larger grooves, double laser milled face for better spin control in all conditions and a SUP10 Steel face for a higher COR and greater distance throughout the set.

Condition Description

Clubs in Value Condition have been played frequently. All clubs in Value Condition are in 100% playable condition, as all of the markings will be purely cosmetic blemishes, and in no way will affect performance. This is the perfect option for the player looking for more bang for the buck. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Value Condition: NOTE: Some irons are designed to rust over time. This is not considered adverse wear. Moderate face and sole wear; minor groove wear and/or chrome wear; rock dings on the leading edge and/or sole; light rusting; shaft wear. The ferrules may or may not be seated to the hosel on each iron in the set. The ferrule is purely cosmetic, and will not affect the playability of the club.

Does Global Golf offer loft/ lie adjustments on Srixon irons?
asked by Justin B. on 2/25/2017
Unfortunately, we do not offer loft and lie adjustment services currently. New clubs that are still available from the manufacturer can be custom ordered from the custom club page.

Super irons

The Srixon irons fly under the radar. And many places don’t have shaft options to hit, other than what comes stock. If you can find a place to test them however, it’s worth it. These are as good as any irons in the category, cavity back blades. They’re pretty easy to hit, plenty long enough, and feel great. They replaced a set of Titleist 716 AP2 irons, and I’ve no regrets. Mine are shafted with the Aerotech Steelfiber i95 in’s a great combo and that shaft is amazing!

Some review sites have said that there is little difference between the Z-745 and Z-765 irons - but there are big differences. The 765 is much larger, more a true game improvement size, the overall feel is much softer and solid, and the ball definitely spins more. I love the 765 even more than the 565's I also have.

Simply amazing. Forgiveness of a normal iron. Look of a blade and feel like non other. Butter soft feel. Srixon truly out did themselves. Played the Z565 and Z765... both absolutely brilliant. Cannot go wrong. 5 stars.

Technology / Specs

A muscle cavity iron, the Srixon Z-765 iron set is ideal for better players that want shot control but some added forgiveness. An improved sole design, exceptional feel, and updated groove on the face are featured in the Z-765 iron set.

The new Tour V.T. sole design takes the previous version and improves on it. Srixon rounded the heel and toe more in the Srixon Z-765 iron set to make shaping shots and turf interaction much better.

The Srixon Z-765 iron set is forged from 1020 carbon steel. This material gives the club a baby-soft feel at impact. Grooves in the Z-765 irons are also 5% larger than their predecessors. Contact and control are improved as a result.
