The Callaway XR OS iron set features the new and improved Cup 360 Technology that increases ball speeds and a multi-piece construction for even more ball speed and great feel. The low and back Center of Gravity and wider sole make these irons easy to hit and very forgiving and provide an easy launch of the golf ball. The XR OS irons also feature progressive lengths and lofts to maximize distance off of each club in the set. This set is available as a combo set which includes hybrids to replace the long irons.

All clubs in Value Condition are in 100% playable condition, as all of the markings will be purely cosmetic blemishes, and in no way will affect performance. This is the perfect option for the player looking for more bang for the buck. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Value Condition: NOTE: Some irons are designed to rust over time. This is not considered adverse wear. Moderate face and sole wear; minor groove wear and/or chrome wear; rock dings on the leading edge and/or sole; light rusting; shaft wear. The ferrules may or may not be seated to the hosel on each iron in the set. The ferrule is purely cosmetic, and will not affect the playability of the club.

Technology / Specs

The Callaway XR OS Iron set has Cup 360 face technology on the back cavity of the iron. The cup face wraps around the front of the club to increase ball speed and the weld lines to be behind the face rather than on it. A larger head allows for a bigger cavity behind the face and a thinner sole area on the bottom enables it to flex more at impact.

The next generation Forged Hyper Speed Face Cup is where the face wraps around the front of the club. It increases ball speed across the face for longer distance and forgiveness on off-center hits.

Built with a new construction and shape, the iron is the product of a dual heat treatment. Its price and meticulous craftsmanship mean it’s an iron made for speed out on the golf course. Use it if you’re improving your game or if you’re a slower swing player who needs more forgiveness.
