The Cobra King F6 iron set are designed with multiple advanced construction techniques to create more feel, distance, control, precision and forgiveness. They feature TecFlo Construction with a full hollow design in the 3-5 irons, a half hollow design in the 6-7 irons, a cavity back design in the 8-PW and a specialty wedge design in the AW and SW. Each design provides optimal CG location, increased ball speeds and shot control. The King F6 irons also feature Progressive Spin Technology for optimal spin and launch conditions for every club in the set. The Speed Channel sole and face creates more flex at impact to deliver greater distance through faster ball speeds. They come in a premium nickel chrome/PVD finish for enhanced durability and an appealing look at address.

how do i tell how old iron sets are.
asked by Kelly G. on 12/5/2016
The easiest way to find information about how old an iron set is would be to do a google search and enter the iron set name and the words release date. Please follow the link below for details on our club ratings as that will be the best information to go by.

More that what I thought

They were delivered yesterday and I played with them today. Very, Very easy to hit. They are a touch heavier than my previous irons, but that's no biggie. They look awesome and feel the same. 100% satisfied with them. I'm about 10 yards longer with each irons (not exaggerating one bit). I have to now adjust to the new distance. Love them.

Best irons I have ever purchased!

These clubs are unbelievable! If you have never bought a newer set before and are playing cheap ones from a Costco or Sam's Club then get yourself a pair of these babies!

I played with a Callaway Razr Edge set I bought at Costco when I was 25. Before that I was using some old Tommy Armour irons my father used to use in his hayday. Thankfully I found the Cobra F6 set!

These clubs have changed my game for the better. Along with some swing fixes and a few lessons, I have cut my handicap in half, but I attribute it mostly to the confidence with these irons. At address they do not have too much offset, but just more than enough for myself. I have a 3-PW and the 3 I treat like a Hybrid. The 4 & 5 are also hollow body which give it that Hybrid like distance and high flight. The progression of the clubs is, in my opinion, a stroke of genius and being a cast club the ball feels crisp & smooth coming off the face like a forged iron.

Only issue I have found is that clubs 3-7 are 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch too long for me and attributed to snapping the heads off of my 3 & 4 irons on different occasions on an indoor driving range. Saving money to get the set looked at for newer shafts, adjusted lengths and grips to see if I can make these weapons even more deadly.

These beauties are a keeper until they wear out or I get much, much better and upgrade to a players iron. Price of $600 for 8 Irons is a steal in my opinion and you cannot go wrong with all the technology Cobra has placed in every single club. Love, love these clubs!

The Cobra King F6 Iron Set

The Cobra King F6 Iron Set has an extremely deep undercut perimeter creates the largest unsupported face ever in Cobra irons for more distance out the middle and forgiveness on off-center hits. A progressive construction through the set to create more feel, distance, control, precision and forgiveness. The long irons (3-5) have a full hollow design and face insert that delivers a low CG and highly responsive face. The mid-irons (6-7) have a half hollow design with an extremely thin face and optimal CG positioning. The short irons (8-PW) are cavity-backed for a low-and-back CG that creates more spin and added control. The specialty wedge design (GW-SW) offers versatility and control around the greens.

There’s also Progressive Spin Technology with CNC Milled Grooves. V-Grooves in the 4-6 irons reduce spin and increase distance, U-Grooves in the 7-PW optimize spin for approach shots and wedge spaced grooves on the GW-SW create extra spin.
