Description

The Cobra King Forged TEC iron set is designed with a five step forging process and features a tech enhanced cavity that delivers the feel and precision of a tour iron and the forgiveness and distance desired by players of all skill level. The Multi-material construction features strategically placed tungsten inserts to place the center of gravity directly behind the impact zone and the TPU insert provides vibration dampening for a solid feel. The King Forged TEC irons also have a J15 forged steel face for increased ball speeds and CNC milled face and grooves for increased spin and shot control.

Technology / Specs

The Cobra King Forged Tech (TEC) iron set uses five different materials in a one-piece construction. The multi-material construction has strategically placed inserts that are co-forged in the heel and toe for increased MOI and forgiveness. The CG is also positioned behind the impact zone which provides vibration damping and a soft, solid feel at impact.

A J15 Face Insert is made out of a forged high strength steel and is lighter, thinner for delivering more distance across the face. Located lower and deeper in the head, the J15 structure saves weight for longer, higher flying straighter shots.

The forged feel of the iron set is due to a 10-25 Carbon Steel body. Precision shaping and a refined grain structure provide a soft, solid feel on every shot.
