Description

The Cobra Kind LTD driver is Cobra's first ever zero CG driver. It features translucent Spaceport technology, which is a multi-purpose 16g weight that is strategically placed low and deep in the head to help create an extremely low CG with high MOI. The Textreme carbon fiber crown reduces crown weight to allow for more weight to be positioned lower and deeper to deliver extreme distance and greater forgiveness. The King LTD also features a new redesigned forged titanium E9 Zone Face and Speed Channel Face Technology to further increase ball speeds and create a larger sweet spot. The MyFly8 Technology with SmartPad allows custom loft and trajectory settings ranging from 7°-10°. The King LTD Pro offers the same breakthrough technology as the King LTD Driver, with lower loft and fade settings benefiting golfers with higher swing speeds.

Technology / Specs

The King LTD Pro Driver has a 20% lighter crown than a standard carbon club with its TeXtreme Carbon construction. The Spread Tow structure makes it possible to achieve thinner laminates, and the straight fibers with reduced crimp optimize and strengthen the composite. Lower crimp also reduces the amount of excess plastic, thereby minimizing weight.

The SpacePort is removable and allows a golfer to literally see inside the club. Cobra claims this mechanism moves the center of gravity low and far back. Moving the center of gravity helps improve the MOI and makes the club easier to hit above the face. This increases launch and drags spins down. Overall, the SpacePort gives you more distance which is what you're looking for in any driver.

There's a Speed Channel around the outside of the face to keep ball speeds as consistent as possible. E9 Face Zoning increases ball speeds by removing weight, delivering a larger, more effective sweetspot. And a loft sleeve moves up to 10 degrees or down to 7 degrees allowing you to manage your trajectory and fine tune launch conditions. The crown also has redistributed weight into the SpacePort due to its lighter and stronger construction.

When looking down at the club, you'll see a crisscross design on the top and an orange Cobra symbol for lining up with the ball at address. The driver is lightweight, giving the club a nice feel and an increase in player confidence.
