Description

The Nike Vapor Fly Pro driver features a 30% reduction in crown weight compared to the 2015 Vapor which helps lower the CG and create more MOI for a higher and longer launch with less spin. The tour preferred pear shape head design now has a new HyperFlight face for extreme ball speeds across the whole face. The Vapor Fly Pro features three key technologies: FlyBeam reinforced Covert Cavity Back design, a re-engineered Compression Channel and FlexLoft 2. The FlyBeam construction stiffens the Covert Cavity in the back of the club, while the Compression Channel, with variable compliance, accentuates the spring-like effect across the face. FlexLoft 2 allows the functionality of five lofts and three face angles within 15 different settings.

The NIKE Vapor Fly Pro Driver is Rory McIlroy’s new gamer and has some of the same design features as the Vapor Fly. Higher MOI, more forgiveness, and less spin is achieved by a 30% reduction in its Flightweight Crown. An updated Compression Channel creates a springboard effect to amplify performance on mis-hits. Its FlyBeam Reinforced Cavity Back is impact efficient and forgiving due to its stiffened chassis and weight redistribution in the heel and toe. FlexLoft 2.0 technology gives the club 15 different settings for optimal flight, more distance, and enhanced workability.

The driver is a compact package with lower natural flight and less spin than other drivers of its kind. The pear-shaped head also has a neutral shot bias.
