Description

The Callaway Apex hybrid is the first hybrid for the Apex and Apex Pro iron player so you can transition perfectly from iron set to hybrid. It features the Forged Cup Face that leads to increased ball speeds and pairs it with Internal Standing Wave versatility. It also has precise shaping with a longer, more iron like blade length and a neutral bias that better players prefer. The Apex hybrid was built for distance, control and workability that Apex players have always wanted.

Good iron replacement.

A very solid hybrid, that plays like a more forgiving iron. Doesn't have the left tendency that lots of people fight, and while the flight is higher than an iron of comparable loft it isn't ballooning at all.

For Better Players

I tried the new Apex Hybrids and couldn't get along with them. I'm not a "better player" so maybe it's just me. For my play, they just went right and could never get a feel for it

The Callaway Apex Hybrid

The Callaway Apex hybrid features a forged Face Cup design with the precision that the Apex name is known for. It’s the first hybrid to be made exclusively for the player that games the Apex and/or Apex Pro irons. It blends the Forged Face Cup and Internal Standing Wave for fast ball speeds and shot shaping versatility.

The Forged Face Cup is designed for increased ball speeds from the entire face. So go ahead and swing away, if you miss the sweet spot you won’t miss your distance. However, if you do hit the sweet spot they’re going to soar. The Internal Standing Wave moves the weight so that Callaway can move the center of gravity where you need it. This adjustment creates a hybrid with versatility. The precision comes from a longer blade length, similar to an iron with a neutral bias – something better players are looking for. The looks of this hybrid make it easy to seamlessly transition to and from your iron set.

The Callaway Apex hybrid is available in multiple lofts and will give you the distance, control and the workability you’ve always wanted from a hybrid.

These are your U-try selections. Only U-try eligible clubs appear here. 2 club limit.

Our U-try golf club demo program lets you try out a brand new golf club from the game's top brands for 14 days and only $25 a club or $100 an iron set. That's right—you get a brand new, still-in-the-plastic club to try for two weeks for just $25.

You get to try it when, where, and how you want for two weeks before deciding if you want to buy it or not.

Want to test out two different brands, or two different configurations? No problem. U-try lets you try out up to 2 clubs for $25 per club or 1 iron set for $100.

This isn't 30 minutes on the range with range balls, a pro looking over your shoulder, and an awkward conversation at the end about whether you want it or not.

U-try gives you the freedom to test drive the club on your course, at your pace, with the golf ball you play. Use it as much as you like so you can really know what the club will do for your game before you invest in it.

If you don't love it, simply put it back in the box it came in, use the included prepaid return shipping label, and send it back to us. That's it.

If you do love it, that's awesome! You keep the club, we'll subtract the $25 trial fee off the final cost of the club, and we'll charge you the difference.
