Description

The Mizuno S5 wedges are designed to deliver elite feel and shot control with a new Silhouette profile that is a softer version of the classic Teardrop shape. The new profile is designed so that when a player opens or closes the face, the profile always appears aligned to the target. The S5 wedge is available in 25 versatile loft and bounce options inspired by Luke Donald, so that all distance gaps and shot types are covered. They feature Quad Cut grooves and a milled face to increase surface roughness for ball stopping spin and shot control.

All of the wear is purely cosmetic, and will not in any way affect the performance of the club. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Very Good Condition: NOTE: Some wedges are designed to rust over time. This is not considered adverse wear. Normal ball marks on the face with minimal groove wear; minor scratching on the sole and in the cavities; no significant wear on the shaft.

The Mizuno S5 wedge provides the feel and shot control that tour player’s demand in a new silhouette profile. The new profile shape is a tone-downed version of the ever popular teardrop shape so it’s easier to set-up to shots when players open or close the face. The wedge has a very soft feel from the Grain Flow Forging process and is also packed with massive amounts of spin stopping ability from the Quad Cut Grooves and Milled Face.

The S5 wedge is available in a multitude of offerings, 25 to be exact. This range of options makes it possible to fill every distance gap in your bag. There’s a high and low bounce choice to choose from on all of the lofts. The high bounce has a 15% visible sole grind while the low bounce has a 25% sole grind. These bounce grinds help the wedges play from a variety of lies and conquer all turf conditions.
