The Mizuno JPX-EZ Forged iron set are designed with Grain Flow forged 1025 Boron to take this iron to the next level with increased distance and forgiveness. The thinner face allows for added distance while allowing weight savings to be distributed to the four corners to maximize forgiveness with the Power Frame design. This iron also features Harmonic Impact Technology (H.I.T.), a reinforced cavity frame which is feel and sound tuned for incredible feedback and a deep center of gravity for effortless launch and flight. The JPX-EZ Forged iron set has a Black Ni finish to reduce glare and give them a sleek bold look.

This is not considered adverse wear. Moderate face and sole wear; minor groove wear and/or chrome wear; rock dings on the leading edge and/or sole; light rusting; shaft wear. The ferrules may or may not be seated to the hosel on each iron in the set. The ferrule is purely cosmetic, and will not affect the playability of the club.

Technology / Specs

The Mizuno JPX-EZ Forged iron is a muscle packed version of the JPX-EZ iron. It incorporates the used of 1025 Boron to increase the strength, forgiveness, and distance. The Boron is stronger than the typical forged steel that Mizuno uses for their clubheads. By increasing the strength of the material, it allows for weight to be spread to the 4 corners of the golf club, which Mizuno calls their Next Generation Power Frame design. The Power Frame design increases the forgiveness especially on off-center shots.

The Mizuno JPX-EZ forged irons are available in four through pitching wedge and GW. There are plenty of custom shafts available, but the JPX-EZ forged irons will have the True Temper XP95 as the stock shaft.
