Description

The Mizuno MP-25 iron set is the perfect combination of getting added distance without sacrificing the feel and ball control Mizuno irons are known for. They feature a tour inspired design and are made from Grain Flow Forged 1025 Boron. To get the most out of the 1025 Boron material, the MP-25 were designed with Micro Slot Technology, a milling in the head from the sole up to allow for more face flex for increased distance and forgiveness. With standard lofts, this iron set maintains the proper gaps between clubs for ideal distance control.

Condition Description

Clubs in Value Condition have been played frequently. All clubs in Value Condition are in 100% playable condition, as all of the markings will be purely cosmetic blemishes, and in no way will affect performance. This is the perfect option for the player looking for more bang for the buck. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Value Condition: NOTE: Some irons are designed to rust over time. This is not considered adverse wear. Moderate face and sole wear; minor groove wear and/or chrome wear; rock dings on the leading edge and/or sole; light rusting; shaft wear. The ferrules may or may not be seated to the hosel on each iron in the set. The ferrule is purely cosmetic, and will not affect the playability of the club.

Technology / Specs

The Mizuno MP-25 iron is a tour inspired design that incorporates the element Boron. This iron has the right amount of added distance without the sacrifice of feel and control. This can be done by activating the Boron material. Boron is 30% stronger than traditional carbon steel, but it feels just as soft and solid. The CNC Milled Micro-Slot, found in the 3-6 irons, creates the added distance that better players are looking for out of a traditional iron design. The expanded rebound also helps with faster ball speeds by giving the face more room to flex at impact.

The Mizuno MP-25 irons are available in three through pitching wedge. It also has standard lofts to maintain proper distance gaps between irons, wedges and hybrids. There are upwards of 20 custom shafts to choose from, but the MP-25 irons will feature the Project X as the stock shaft.
