The TaylorMade SLDR C driver features Speed Pocket design with a low and forward CG that promotes fast ball speed, high launch and low spin for amazing distance. It has confidence inspiring shaping and a low profile design for easy to launch performance. The SLDR C also features the same paint scheme as the SLDR with its charcoal grey crown design with a silver button back located on the trailing edge which works with the subtle crown markings for stress free clubface alignment.

What's the the difference with the SLDR C driver and the other SLDR drivers
asked by Daniel S. on 6/23/2016
The SLDR C does not have a weight on the bottom that is movable compared to the other SLDR models. It also does not have an adjustable hosel where the loft can be adjusted.

What driver shaft etc is good for average swing speeds of the mid 80s I hit my 7 iron about 135 in air consistently. Thank you
asked by Jeffrey J. on 12/29/2016
The shaft flex is the most important in relation to swing speed. With an average speed in the mid 80's, you are on the border between regular flex and senior flex. I would suggest trying both and seeing which gave the best results.

When a driver is listed as "new" condition, it means it's "factory sealed" and never been used?
asked by Brenden C. on 5/23/2017
A new driver is new from the manufacturer and has never been used. It will also include any accessories such as headcover and tool.

Great value for the money

Plays Golf: I play weekly  Dexterity: Right Hand

I'm still very new to golf, so I didn't want to put a lot of money down on a driver so I purchased this club that was an open box special on Black Friday, 9.5* loft and stiff flex . And I am very very pleased with this driver. I can hit it consistently and solidly. It has a nice sound to it and it's not too heavy. Granted I don't know how a new Cobra or Titleist would feel but I am thoroughly pleased with this purchase, i would recommend it to anyone on a tight budget or maybe someone who doesn't know what they like in a driver.

SLDR Driver
By Joe P. on 9/6/2017

Club came brand new as described. Great deal for the money. I'm 70 and I'm good shape but went to the senior shaft due to loss of distance with my old TM regular shaft. This club does have a higher launch and I definitely picked up 15-20 yards with the senior (M) shaft. I stayed with the 9.5 loft I had in my old driver. Very happy with Global shipping and service!

Distance Bargain

Handicap: 16-20  Plays Golf: I play more than once a week  Dexterity: Right Hand

I ordered this driver because it was a bargain and I had read that it was a more forgiving option for average golfers. I gained significant distance with this driver. It is also a forgiving driver and seems to be a great option for average golfers.
