Description

The XR Pro Irons have taken the Cup 360 that’s redefined ball speed on the fairway woods and brought it to these irons. The Face Cup not only acts like a spring on shots hit low on the face, it increases ball speeds everywhere on the face too. The distance is incredible, and that’s just the start. When you factor in the lower CG, compact head shape, forgiveness, the face flex of the Internal Standing Wave, and precise 2-piece, deal heat construction, you can see why Callaway wants to get these irons in your hands right away.

Condition Description

Clubs in Very Good Condition have been played with and cared for in an appropriate fashion. The markings that you will likely find on Very Good Condition products will show typical wear of models of its age. All of the wear is purely cosmetic, and will not in any way affect the performance of the club. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Very Good Condition: NOTE: Some irons are designed to rust over time. This is not considered adverse wear. Normal ball marks on the faces; minor scratching on the soles; no significant dings on the heads; no significant wear on the shafts.

Q
How does the off-set in the XR pro irons compare to the off -set on the XR irons?
asked by Michael R. on 10/25/2016
A
The XR Pro irons will have less offset compared to the XR irons. If you have a tendency to slice the ball, the XR irons will be the better option. If you do not have a tendency to slice and have a lower handicap, the XR Pro will be the better option.

Q
hello, I'm a 10 handicap which set should I use...xr or xr pro?
asked by Marvin W. on 2/27/2017
A
As a 10 handicap, you could use either set. It would just be a matter of what you are looking for performance wise. the XR is going to be more forgiving while the XR Pro is going to allow for better workability of shots and trajectory control.

Excellent feel of these clubs, I have never owned a pro set of irons but I can really tell a big difference in the quality. They are light and hit straight.

Handicap: 11-15  Plays Golf: I play weekly  Dexterity: Right Hand

Hit these much longer than my last set, Ping i20’s - but not as soft and forgiving. These lofts are also way stronger. Look good at address, just need to get my yardages dialed in. Will play these until I pony up to get professionally **** for brand new irons.

These are your Utry® selections. Only Utry® eligible clubs appear here. 2 club limit.

Our Utry® golf club demo program lets you try out a brand new golf club from the game's top brands for 14 days and only $25 a club or $100 an iron set. That's right—you get a brand new, still-in-the-plastic club to try for two weeks for just $25.

You get to try it when, where, and how you want for two weeks before deciding if you want to buy it or not.

Want to test out two different brands, or two different configurations? No problem. Utry® lets you try out up to 2 clubs for $25 per club or 1 iron set for $100.

This isn't 30 minutes on the range with range balls, a pro looking over your shoulder, and an awkward conversation at the end about whether you want it or not.

Utry® gives you the freedom to test drive the club on your course, at your pace, with the golf ball you play. Use it as much as you like so you can really know what the club will do for your game before you invest in it.

If you don't love it, simply put it back in the box it came in, use the included prepaid return shipping label, and send it back to us. That's it.

If you do love it, that's awesome! You keep the club, we'll subtract the $25 trial fee off the final cost of the club, and we'll charge you the difference.
