The Adams Tight Lies 2 fairway wood features new Ghost Slot Technology is a crown slot that is nearly invisible, and features a refined "barbell" cut-thru slot, which when coupled with our tri-sole and low-profile design, makes it easier than ever to launch it high from the fairway, the rough, tight lies or even a fairway bunker.

Do you know when these clubs were manufactured by Orlimar. I'm looking for a low profile small headed 3 wood like Orlimar and I wanted to know which was a newer model, the Ties Lies 2 or the Tight lies TI
asked by William R. on 10/25/2016
The Tight Lies 2 and Ti models were both released in 2015. The Ti model would most likely have the hotter face since it is made with titanium if that is what you are looking for. I would recommend trying both to see which one works best for you.

What's the difference between this and the TI version other than its titanium? How does it being titanium help?
asked by Jimmy S. on 8/10/2016
The lightweight of the titanium allows a 75 gram steel plate to be placed on the sole of the club moving the CG of the club lower. A lower CG makes the club even easier to hit the ball higher and provides some increased forgiveness.

What is the difference between the 3 wood and the 4 wood if they both have the same degree and length and the same shaft?
asked by Anthony M. on 12/5/2016
It appears we have made an error in listing the specifications of the fairway woods. According to, they are available in a 3-wood that is 14 degrees and 43 inches long or a 3-wood with 16 degrees of loft and 42.5 inches long. It is also available in a 5 and 7-wood. There should not be an option to choose a 4-wood as that club does not exist.
