Long and Straight

I got the 3W to replace my Adams Speedline. I mostly use the 3W off the tee only, and it is quite a nice upgrade. I know it's subjective but the 'feel' of the 915F is awesome. Ball flight is very straight. For someone with slower swing speed like me, the standard loft of 16.5 deg actually works better than the Adams' 15 deg. I am striking the 915F more consistently than the old Adams, and have gained about 10-15 yards of distance.

Handicap: 11-15  Plays Golf: I play weekly  Dexterity: Right Hand

Bought used in value condition, and was pleased as usual with the condition. There was a smal mark on the crown and otherwise in great shape. As for the club, I got the 16.5 degree lift with regular flex. It’s also -1 inch in length. That’s the main thing that drew me to it. I’m tall but my theory was that the shorter length would translate into accuracy. Off the tee I get the high slight fade ball flight I like. Shorter then driver obviously, but often 225 off the tee, sitting in the spot of my choice in fairway, leaves me in sweet spot for a full swing into the green. I do struggle to hit this off the deck, and I’m a little disappointed in that. I hit my Callaway 5 wood fine off deck, and was assuming I’d hit this 4 wood just as well. So mainly this will be used off the tee, but I’m ok with that.

You get to try it when, where, and how you want for two weeks before deciding if you want to buy it or not.

Want to test out two different brands, or two different configurations? No problem. U-try lets you try out up to 2 clubs for $25 per club.

This isn't 30 minutes on the range with range balls, a pro looking over your shoulder, and an awkward conversation at the end about whether you want it or not.

U-try gives you the freedom to test drive the club on your course, at your pace, with the golf ball you play. Use it as much as you like so you can really know what the club will do for your game before you invest in it.
