The Nike Vapor Speed Irons are designed for players that want to maximize distance and forgiveness. The long irons (3-7) feature a FlyBeam reinforced hollow-cavity design that makes them wood like irons. The internal weight has been shifted to the back and toe areas to move the center of gravity down and away from the hitting area, promoting higher ball flight and more forgiveness. They also feature a forged NexCOR face technology giving them increased ball speed. The shorter irons (8-PW, AW, SW) feature a RZN insert that dampens vibrations and enhances feel. The result is a set of irons that combines long irons that maximize distance and forgiveness and short irons that enhances feel.

This is the perfect option for the player looking for more bang for the buck. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Value Condition: NOTE: Some irons are designed to rust over time. This is not considered adverse wear. Moderate face and sole wear; minor groove wear and/or chrome wear; rock dings on the leading edge and/or sole; light rusting; shaft wear. The ferrules may or may not be seated to the hosel on each iron in the set. The ferrule is purely cosmetic, and will not affect the playability of the club.

The Nike Vapor Speed iron lives up to its nickname – a “Modern Muscle” iron. The modern muscle design includes new technology elements that make the game easier to play while managing to conform to traditionalist characteristics with looks and design. The geometry of the golf club allows the center of gravity (CG) to be precisely placed in the center of the golf club producing maximum stability and superior feel. These irons feature moderate sole widths with a slightly beveled leading edge to promote a seamless interaction with the turf.

The Nike Vapor Speed iron is available in 4-PW, AW. Should you need any additional clubs to accompany the set, there are custom options available. The 3-7 iron is constructed of a hollow cavity while the 8-AW has a RZN cavity. The difference in clubhead designs will help you achieve the result you’re looking for; forgiving long irons on off-center hits and stability for laser-like accuracy in the short irons.

The choice of shafts available in the Vapor Speed iron are the True Temper Dynalite 105 steel or the Mitsubishi Fubuki Z 70 graphite, both excellent options that complement the overall performance of the golf club.
