The TaylorMade Tour Preferred MC irons feature Speed Pocket™ technology in the 3-7 iron which creates more consistent ball speeds and launch conditions across the entire face and forged short irons for optimum feel and control. This improved cut through Speed Pocket technology coupled with progressively less off-set as you get into the premium Forged short-irons gives you an ideal iron for the player who wants maximum performance technology in a compact and elegant head design. The clubs all have hand-polished satin nickel-chrome finish and aggressively shaped sole with slightly less bounce giving the advanced player the ultimate combination of speed, stability and playability.

What's the difference between FST KBS 120 shafts and a regular KBS
asked by Tim H. on 11/12/2015
The KBS Tour 120 and KBS Tour are the same shafts. Taylormade, on some newer models, started putting 120 on the shaft labels of their clubs since KBS now makes so many different model shafts with different gram weights. We just have them listed separately since some labels say KBS Tour 120 on it and others just say KBS Tour.

Very interested in these irons, I am just worried about the condition. If I purchase these and when I receive them, feel as through they are not in great shape, can I get a full refund put back onto the card I use?
asked by Jeremy S. on 11/8/2016
We do have a 30 day return policy on all orders. Note that unless there was an error on our part, there is a flat return shipping fee of $7.99 that is deducted from the refund. Complete returns information can be found here: https://www.globalgolf.com/about/returns/

Next question...it would save a lot of time and effort on my part and your part if I knew the condition of this set.

Solid iron set

The 3-7 iron were very solid. I did not however care so much for the forged irons in the set. That being said, I traded these irons in and have regretted ever since.

Good feel for a mix set

The 8-PE are forged, the 3-7 are cast. I can tell the difference on perfect shots but those are rare right now. I love the added forgiveness from the bottom of the face. I have the c-tapers in my set but I am not sure about them.

Great set of irons
By Derek F on 6/16/2016

Handicap: 16-20  Plays Golf: I play weekly  Dexterity: Right Hand

I made the switch from a starter set of irons that I'd had for years, and even on the first occasion using them, I was hitting them fairly straight and quite pure. The level of expertise these clubs require is not something unmanageable and the forgiveness of them is just enough for an average golfer such as myself to excel.

Fantastic golf clubs! Great workability and feel. I ordered the 3-PW listed as very good condition on Thursday and they arrived on Saturday looking basically brand new. Global golf has made me a lifetime customer.

These irons flat out perform and are fun to play. I'm getting roughly half a club more distance without losing work ability. Soft on impact with great club balance. Very pleased.

Our U-try golf club demo program lets you try out a brand new golf club from the game's top brands for 14 days and only $25 a club. That's right—you get a brand new, still-in-the-plastic club to try for two weeks for just $25.

You get to try it when, where, and how you want for two weeks before deciding if you want to buy it or not.

Want to test out two different brands, or two different configurations? No problem. U-try lets you try out up to 2 clubs for $25 per club.

This isn't 30 minutes on the range with range balls, a pro looking over your shoulder, and an awkward conversation at the end about whether you want it or not.

U-try gives you the freedom to test drive the club on your course, at your pace, with the golf ball you play. Use it as much as you like so you can really know what the club will do for your game before you invest in it.

If you don't love it, simply put it back in the box it came in, use the included prepaid return shipping label, and send it back to us. That's it.

If you do love it, that's awesome! You keep the club, we'll subtract the $25 trial fee off the final cost of the club, and we'll charge you the difference.
