Description

The Nike VR-S Covert Tour Driver features a cavity back design creating more mass in the heel and toe areas. This will resist twisting more effectively on off-center hits and allow you to hit the ball straighter, more often. It features a slightly smaller, deeper face 430cc clubhead (compared to the standard version) produces slightly less spin and a more penetrating ball flight designed to help better players shape their tee shots more easily. The weight plug in the sole helps Nike optimize the center of gravity, but is not adjustable or removable. FlexLoft allows the golfer to adjust the loft and face angle independently. The loft can be adjusted between 8.5 and 12.5 in 1 degree increments and the face angle can be set left (closed), neutral (square), right (open). The NexCOR face technology makes the edges of the face thinner than the center which enlarges the sweet spot. This translates to faster ball speeds across a wider area of the face resulting longer shots.

The markings that you will likely find on Very Good Condition products will show typical wear of models of its age. All of the wear is purely cosmetic, and will not in any way affect the performance of the club. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Very Good Condition: Normal ball marks and scratching on the face; normal scratching on the sole; minor dings and nicks on the crown and/or around the edges of the head; very light scratches, paint chips, paint blemishes on or around the crown.
