Description

The TaylorMade R11-S fairway wood is the ultimate in fairway wood optimization, with a white non-glare crown and black clubface for easier alignment. It has many of the features of the R11 fairway wood. Adjust the face (+/- 2) degrees with the Adjustable Sole Plate (ASP) Technology. Movable Weight Technology (MWT) allows the player to create either draw-biased or neutral weighting, while Flight Control Technology (FCT) allows the player to adjust the face angle, the lie angle and effective loft by simple shaft/head adjustments with 8 different clubhead positions to choose from. The low and forward CG location promotes faster ball speed and easier launch.

The best fairway wood ever!

I received the 3 wood from global golf in near mint to mint condition. I've owned several 3 woods before (including the r11 that came before the s model) and this is hands down the best wood I've ever owned! My previous wood, the r11, had the Fujikura Blur shaft in a stiff flex and I decided to go regular flex with the Aldila shaft and that, for me at least, made a huge difference! The ball flight looks much higher and stable for me and I can absolutely crush this ball almost as far as my driver! I just love this wood!

Great fairway wood

I'm very pleased with the R11-S fairway (3) wood. I've found that at the neutral setting, I get good forgiveness and workability. I can draw it easily and really turn it over more easily than my driver on sharp dog leg holes where a driver that isn't hooked hard will run through the fairway. I've left the loft at its stock 15.5 degree setting and I find that it gives a reasonably high flight and excellent distance. Overall, I'm very happy with the club and would recommend it to others. It's easy to hit off the tee and also I've hit some good shots off the turf with it as well. It was a great purchase and showed up quickly and in great shape. Great value overall!

Really enjoy hitting this 5 wood. I can play it off the ground or off the tee. Usually plays about 200 yards for me

These are your Utry selections. Only Utry eligible clubs appear here. 2 club limit.

Our Utry golf club demo program lets you try out a brand new golf club from the game's top brands for 14 days and only $25 a club or $100 an iron set. That's right—you get a brand new, still-in-the-plastic club to try for two weeks for just $25.

You get to try it when, where, and how you want for two weeks before deciding if you want to buy it or not.

Want to test out two different brands, or two different configurations? No problem. Utry lets you try out up to 2 clubs for $25 per club or 1 iron set for $100.

This isn't 30 minutes on the range with range balls, a pro looking over your shoulder, and an awkward conversation at the end about whether you want it or not.

Utry gives you the freedom to test drive the club on your course, at your pace, with the golf ball you play. Use it as much as you like so you can really know what the club will do for your game before you invest in it.

If you don't love it, simply put it back in the box it came in, use the included prepaid return shipping label, and send it back to us. That's it.

If you do love it, that's awesome! You keep the club, we'll subtract the $25 trial fee off the final cost of the club, and we'll charge you the difference.
