Description

The Titleist Scotty Cameron California Sea Mist putters feature classic designs with modern weighting technology and are constructed of soft 303 stainless steel. Tour-proven deep face milling makes its debut producing a soft feel the pros rave about. Scotty's trademark triple red-dot graphics and a new fresh Sea Mist finish give the new California line modern flash with a timeless appearance. The California putters also feature a draft sole design that keeps the putter face square for better alignment, and a high toe to prevent players from raising the toe and aiming left of the target.

Scotty california Sea Mist Monterey

I can't understand why the model was discontinued. I have found the slightly heavy feel beneficial to a smooth stroke and has really improved my pace and distance control for long putts. 3 putts and pulled putts are a rarity these days. You can't go wrong with this model if you like a toe up blade.

A little rough looking when I got it but it did the job all the same.

The Scotty has great feel. It's a very personal part of golf, but I think Scotty got it right with this one. I prefer the Scotty grips that allow a little of the feel through. The only negative is the cost getting a putter cover.

Got rid of it

Huge disappointment! It definitely looks great and the milling on the face leads you to believe that it'll be even softer than older Scotty putters. Not the case and I've had several SC's before this one! It has a harsh feel at impact (most, but not all of the time) and difficult to align. Oh well, at least the weight and the pistol grip were nice.
