The Nike SQ Dymo fairway wood features a stainless steel head with a Quad Keel Sole, which angles the critical sole quadrants to minimize interaction with the ground, resulting in better contact and straighter, longer shots. The Quad Keel Sole makes it easier to get the ball airborne from most any lie, easier to control the head through impact and easier to hit straighter and longer. This round model is designed more for precision and a slightly "softer" Quad Keel Sole for more shot-shaping performance.

Solid 5 Wood

Solid feel, forgiving, nice looking club. Loved it on the first swing. I had a cheaper hybrid of the same degree, but this was far superior in feel and performance. I would highly recommend it to anyone else. Great confidence builder!

Another go to chop stick from Nike!

Cool!after a good 2 season's playing with this club I can finally post a legit review on it.
I bought this at my local golf course shop becuz I was able to actually go out to driving range and hit some shot's.1st off, balance in hand felt comfortable, swinging felt stable, shaft flex regular, sound at impact is not intrusive, and when solid contact is made distance is really this club's fortey.shot shaping is very easy too with this club.I spent a great deel of time hitting this club on the courses that allow that middle distance you need to get that really nice lay up shot to make par's or birdie's!
All in all I like this wood and havent' found a need to replace it.the grip is comfy as well, but with new grip techno that's out,I'am going to upgrade here in the neer future. The stock shaft is a wide body UST axivcore that really compliment's this club very well, just the right amount of flex,I have an average 80-90 mph swing and get great distance out of this club...
Go try one and see what I mean!!

3 wood replaces my driver!
By Tony on 7/20/2011
3 out of 3 people found this review helpful.

I bought the 3 wood about a year back and get an average of 220-230 yards staright from the fairway. I also manage to get 200+ yards from the rough from close to 3 inch grass!
For newbies - since its a longer club than your irons, you have a to spend time in the range with it, but the benefits are well worth it.

This is a very solid 3 wood. With the shallow face it is easy to get up in the air. Feels amazing, sounds great. This will be mine for a long time. Recommended for golfers of all levels.

not like the driver

hard to hit well. hit the matching driver great, although it sounds like..... well not good. have a cheap walter hagen in my bag worth about 10 bucks and hit that 10 times better. still learning to hit it but would liked to have seen a smoother transition into this club. only club i have that goes every which way but good.

Want to test out two different brands, or two different configurations? No problem. U-try lets you try out up to 2 clubs for $25 per club.

This isn't 30 minutes on the range with range balls, a pro looking over your shoulder, and an awkward conversation at the end about whether you want it or not.

U-try gives you the freedom to test drive the club on your course, at your pace, with the golf ball you play. Use it as much as you like so you can really know what the club will do for your game before you invest in it.

If you don't love it, simply put it back in the box it came in, use the included prepaid return shipping label, and send it back to us. That's it.

If you do love it, that's awesome! You keep the club, we'll subtract the $25 trial fee off the final cost of the club, and we'll charge you the difference.
