The Titleist 909F2 fairway wood features a 17-4 stainless steel body with a 275 Carpenter Steel face insert. It also has a round profile and larger, extended face that provides more forgiveness through higher launch and mid spin rates. The face insert provides a lively feel and increased ball speed while its multi-relief sole minimizes turf interaction to reduce skipping and bounce, ensuring solid ball contact. Its larger, longer face inspires confidence at address while its 1/2 degree higher loft (compared to the 909F3) promotes higher launch angles and trajectory.

The Next Level Fairway Wood

Hello fellow golfers!
I've recently purchased this "helper" from from GlobalGolf's eBay store. Not to sound like a kiss-**** but my experience as a customer has always been nearly perfect with GlobalGolf! Thanks guys!

Ok, on to my "expert reviews" on this club, hahaha! I received this club yesterday (yes, it was THAT recent) and hit about 50 balls at the range. Let me tell you folks, 909F2 has immediately improved my fairway game. Now, I'm a 17 handicap guy so I am no way shape or form to be an efficient "reviewer" BUT for an high handicap person to notice something after hitting 3 balls...? That right there should tell you something!
For the longest time, I've hated, I mean HATED hitting my fairway woods. I've hit more cars and pedestrians than the fairway/greens but after hitting 50 balls with this... I can't wait to play more par 5s.

Pros about 909F2:
-Forgiveness is a lot better than I've expected
-The arrow on top of the club for ball alignment (to me that helps since I turn crossed-eyed trying to line-up. No joke!)
-It gets the ball off the ground even without a solid contact (this is a huge factor for me, this insures me not to hit anyone walking down the fairway like a bullet)

Cons about 909F2:
-It's almost too traditional looking. With clubs like the R11 that came straight out of George Jetson's bag, 909F2 looks simply... dull. (Maybe I'm just visually materialistic...)
-This club needs more "mmmph", (I told you I'm a great reviewer with technical terms). My prior fairway was a Taylormade Burner and to me, TM was a bit longer.
-With clubs getting technically sound and highly adjustable these days, 909F2 doesn't have any of that technology BUT I understand that this is a 2010's model and I purchased it from GlobalGolf for a great price. So no real complaints.

To be serious (I'm boring when I'm serious), I am a golfer who is ALWAYS looking to improve (everyone says this) and I feel that with the 909F2, you can bring your game up to the next level. Very cliché thing to say but it's true. I can't wait to try it out on the course as soon as it stops raining here in Sunny California (we are wussies!)

Thanks for reading my idiotic review!

I bought this club used in excellent condition off of Global Golf. When I received the club, I was ecstatic at the condition the club was in! It looked like it had never been played, maybe just sat in a pro shop somewhere? Phenomenal club, love the feel and workability! I'm about an 9 handicap, but was playing without any fairway woods in the bag. Without even going to the range with it, I took this club out on the course over the weekend and was incredibly happy with the club off the tee AND off the deck! Thanks so much Global Golf! This is my second purchase from you, and this is the second time I have been WOWed!

My first buy from GG. The club arrived in two days. It was in excellent condition. I love the feel & sound. I just swing easy & the ball jumps off the face. I now have a Titleist driver, 3 & 5 metal. I love them & will buy from GG again.

First off this club came in looking like it's only been used 3 times. I can't hit my driver consistently straight so I decided to get this and it gives me the distance and control I need. Great club for an incredible price.

Want to test out two different brands, or two different configurations? No problem. U-try lets you try out up to 2 clubs for $25 per club.

This isn't 30 minutes on the range with range balls, a pro looking over your shoulder, and an awkward conversation at the end about whether you want it or not.

U-try gives you the freedom to test drive the club on your course, at your pace, with the golf ball you play. Use it as much as you like so you can really know what the club will do for your game before you invest in it.

If you don't love it, simply put it back in the box it came in, use the included prepaid return shipping label, and send it back to us. That's it.

If you do love it, that's awesome! You keep the club, we'll subtract the $25 trial fee off the final cost of the club, and we'll charge you the difference.
