I have the exact same specs (R300) as a set currently on sale new but got them used in very good shape. These are fabulous irons, you may lose a little distance vs some cast clubs but these are great for low single digit golfer. I had mine bent a degree stronger as I was hitting them very high and now get comparable or longer distance than AP2s or CBs from Titleist which I also strongly considered. I got them from this site and their service has always been wonderful. [I am considering changing to the Nippon 950 Shaft as these also come with those shafts from Mizuno, and hitting a set them on a computer screen I got a little bit more kick at the bottom and slightly more carry although overall distance and control seems about the same.] The only thing I am not a fan of Mizuno is the grips and I plan to change the stock grips pretty soon but that is not a big deal. I give these a 9.5/10 overall rating and there is a reason that Mizuno allows you to still order this as a legacy iron they are fine clubs you will be proud to own. At my age 54 iron control and shot shaping trumps other considerations. As a reference, I play somewhere between a 6-10 depending how much I play on a private course that was good enough to hold a state senior open last year. In that tournament several other pros and amateurs played this model, and if you go around other courses a lot of fine players play these or other similar types of Mizuno blades or near blades - they are simply one of the best made clubs around IMO.
