Nike Slingshot Irons

I purchased these clubs used. I love the feel of these clubs. When you hit the ball true the clubs are solid. If you hit a bad shot you can really tell you hit a bad shot. There is a deep cavity on the back of the face with a small opening that makes it hard to clean. That is the only bad thing I think of to say about these clubs. An air compressor is what I use to clean the pocket. The grooves have worn very well. Great clubs for the "intermediate" golfer.

I bought these clubs brand new a few days after they came out. They are the most forgiving Irons ever. Not sure what the other reviewer is doing when he "misses" a shot?!? lol...when you hit off center it feels like most clubs sweet spots, when you hit the sweet spot it's difficult to explain. doesn't even feel like you hit the ball, just takes off nice and high and I hit it low. great irons, highly recommened.

Nice clubs
By Samuel P. on 2/1/2018

Many of the cavity backs have a little rust in them, which to be fair, is within global golfs parameters of a value club, still a bit off putting though. I believe the rust has reached a saturation point and won’t continue to erode the clubs. The cavity backs on these clubs, more so than any game improvement cavity backs I’ve seen, are very very difficult to clean, other than that they are in very nice condition and are very satisfying clubs to play with.

very forgiving

I bought these earlier this year and absolutely love them. They have given me a little more distance on all my irons, but the best part about them is how forgiving they are. The wider bottom allows for more bounce instead of hitting the ball fat and going short. I have much more confidence in my iron game now which has improved my entire game now. Great beginner clubs

These are your U-try selections. Only U-try eligible clubs appear here. 2 club limit.

Our U-try golf club demo program lets you try out a brand new golf club from the game's top brands for 14 days and only $25 a club. That's right—you get a brand new, still-in-the-plastic club to try for two weeks for just $25.

You get to try it when, where, and how you want for two weeks before deciding if you want to buy it or not.

Want to test out two different brands, or two different configurations? No problem. U-try lets you try out up to 2 clubs for $25 per club.

This isn't 30 minutes on the range with range balls, a pro looking over your shoulder, and an awkward conversation at the end about whether you want it or not.

U-try gives you the freedom to test drive the club on your course, at your pace, with the golf ball you play. Use it as much as you like so you can really know what the club will do for your game before you invest in it.

If you don't love it, simply put it back in the box it came in, use the included prepaid return shipping label, and send it back to us. That's it.

If you do love it, that's awesome! You keep the club, we'll subtract the $25 trial fee off the final cost of the club, and we'll charge you the difference.
