    We introduced the Monsoon for the 2018/2019 season. It has exploded, making the introduction of a short-sleeve version, the next logical step. The Monsoon is made with a waterproof fabric with mechanical stretch; a soft, quiet hand and excellent drape. The waterproof, fully seam-sealed Monsoon Short-Sleeve is an excellent value as it is available at the same price point as most short-sleeve windshirts. Two-year waterproof guarantee.
