GlobalGolf is proud to announce our 4th consecutive year as the presenting sponsor of the Amateur Players Tour (APT), the fastest-growing amateur golf tour in America. If you've ever wanted to take your game beyond the weekend foursome and into real tournament competition, this partnership was built for you.
Competitive Golf, Built for Players Like You
The Amateur Players Tour is a flighted, competitive amateur golf tour for players of all ages and skill levels. With over 40 chapters across the United States, members compete at the local, regional, and national level — playing new courses, traveling to top resorts, and building lasting friendships with fellow golfers who love the game as much as you do.
Whether you're a scratch player or a weekend warrior, APT's flighted format means you're competing against players at your level. It's real tournament golf, without the intimidation.
Don't Just Take Our Word for It
"I started out in Division 5. I was a 19.7 handicap I think. Going into my first tournament I was a wreck. It turns out, it was all for no reason. Everyone was great, helping with everything I needed to know about rules, scoring, etc. Once I had that first taste of competitive golf, it was over for me. I was hooked."
— Ryan Troll, APT St. Louis Member
Your Membership Pays You Back
APT's $135 annual membership includes a perk most tours don't offer: automatic enrollment in UPerks, the GlobalGolf Loyalty Program. That comes with:
- $50 in GlobalCash to spend at GlobalGolf.com — essentially covering more than a third of your membership right out of the gate
- Ongoing rewards every time you shop, trade in clubs, or leave a review
- Access to the best deals in golf, on the gear you need to compete
Between tournament entries, new courses, lifelong friendships, and a membership that partially pays for itself in gear — it's one of the best values in amateur golf.
Playing for a Greater Cause
The Amateur Players Tour is a proud partner of Folds of Honor, the charity providing educational scholarships to the spouses and children of America's fallen and wounded service members. Every round you play as an APT member supports that mission.
