After your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming it’s ready to be picked up.
When you get to the store, bring your pick-up email with the pickup Order ID into the store and we will provide your purchased items.

Single lesson or a series of lessons for Adults or Juniors are available from our PGA Golf Professionals. All lessons are conducted in our indoor studio and can be booked online or by calling the store.
Our Team of PGA Golf Professionals and club fitters believe that custom fitting is a critical step towards playing your best! Utilizing Foresight GC Quad launch monitors and the latest fitting equipment from Callaway, Cobra, Cleveland, Mizuno, PING, Srixon, TaylorMade, Titleist, XXIO and more, they will custom fit you for the best clubs for your game. Book online or call the store for an appointment.
Simulator bays are available for rent in 1-2 hour increments for $40-$50/hour depending on the day and time. The simulator bays come equipped with a Foresight GC Quad so you can practice on the Foresight range to dial in your numbers or bring up to 3 friends and play a round of golf.
GlobalGolf Retail Raleigh location provides full-service club repair. Turnaround time will typically be within 24-48 hours depending on the scope and quantity of services requested.
We accept trade-ins on the spot for any purchase made in the retail store. Should you wish to make a purchase in conjunction with your trade-in, the trade-in value will be directly applied to your purchase total at checkout. If you are not making a same day purchase, you will receive a GlobalGolf Retail Store Gift Card for the value of your trade.
Changed your mind? We’re happy to accept returns in store for items purchased online or in our retail store. You may return any item, with the exception of custom or personalized products for any reason within 90 days of receipt of the product. Products must be returned in the same condition as it was sold, except for Playability Guarantee clubs. New clubs purchased in the retail store will fall under the 30-day playability guarantee, which you can return for a store credit gift card only or exchange for an alternate item.
Brad has been a Class A certified member of the PGA since 2018, with experience spanning many different areas of the golf business. Brad is a Foresight certified fitter and has multiple years of fitting and brand representative experience, as well as a background in golf operations in private club and resort settings
Jake has been with the GlobalGolf Team since May of 2022. Jake is married with three daughters, is a native of NC and been living in the Raleigh area for the past 30+ years. Jake’s professional career was in business and sales management, but more recently was part of a golf retail team in the sporting goods world. As a 15 handicap, Jake continues to work on his game and pull for Adam Scott to win another major.
Rudi has been in the golf business for over 30 years and a Class A certified member of the PGA since 2008. His career at green grass facilities started in North Carolina and took him to Puerto Rico and California before returning to North Carolina to join GlobalGolf in 2016. Rudi has extensive teaching and fitting experience over his career putting a focus on the individual and his or her long term goals in order to achieve the best results possible.
Chris has been a Class A Certified member of the PGA of America since 2011 and brings many years of experience working between retail and green grass golf facilities to GlobalGolf. Chris has extensive club fitting and teaching experience.
Tom is a retired naval aviator/aerospace physiologist with twenty one years of naval service. Tom has been providing professional fittings for many years and is certified to fit with all of the major brands. Tom is a Foresight/Trackman and SAM Putt Lab certified master fitter with many years of golf brand representative experience.

Mike has been fitting, building and repairing golf clubs for over 25 years. He has a passion for helping golfers and brings a vast knowledge of clubs and components. Mike is a Certified Callaway Master Fitter and an expert in golf club repair.
Shane has been in the golf retail business for 8 years, was previously a master club fitter, and currently still a Titleist brand ambassador. He enjoys anything with the game of golf whether it's playing or teaching and used to work with kids back in The First Tee of Chicagoland area.
Brian has been in the golf retail business for 20 years working as a manager for Edwin Watts Golf / Worldwide Golf in multiple locations throughout the southeastern United States. He loves the game and has a passion for helping others play their best golf.
