Ping TFC 149F
Black Dot Standard
DescriptionThe Ping K15 fairway wood features a stainless steel head with a larger profile and face, resulting in a higher Moment of Inertia for more consistent distance, even on off-center hits. It also features Straight Flight Technology, which moves weight toward the heel of the club, assisting in squaring the clubhead at impact for straighter shots. Its elongated face also promotes better face to ball contact for incredible distance.

I put the K15 3 wood in my bag around 9 months ago. I Have always had problems hitting a 3 wood off the deck. This is the first 3 wood I feel really good about. The wide flat design of the head is great off the fairway. If you hit a little fat the club will not dig in , it just slides across the turf and that will make the ball jump off the club.
The other thing with the K15 3 wood is off the tee. It is about 15 yards shorter than my driver but straight as an arrow. Great club for short par 4's and long par 5's that i can't home is 2 anyway.
The one thing with the K series of fairway wood is that because the heads are so flat you can not dig a ball out of the rough. I tried the 5 and 7 woods and again off the short grass or a good lie in the rough great ...but if that ball in down in the rough ...try another club like say the G15 which has a small head.
