    There are terms and conditions that apply to promotions on GlobalGolf.com. There are promotions where you must redeem a code as part of the offer. To receive your discount, make sure you have met all the requirements stated on the coupon.

    To redeem a promotional code:

    1. Follow the “deal” instructions.
    2. Enter the promotional code on the Shopping Cart page during checkout.
    • This is a limited time offer.
    • GlobalGolf.com reserves the right to change or cancel the offer at any time.
    • You cannot use product discounts to pay for taxes, shipping, and handling.
    • Product discounts are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash.
    • You cannot apply current promotions on previous purchases, exchanges, or special orders.
    • You will receive a refund equal to what you paid for when your return a product. Product returns are subject to applicable refund policies.
    • The offer will be invalid if you violate the terms of agreement.

    Trade-In Promotions Terms & Conditions

    Your participation in the trade-in program is subject to:

    1. Items you submit for trade-in using the promotions are subject to acceptance by us.
    2. GlobalGolf.com requires a valid credit card. Trade-in values are subject to change. Trade-in promotions are not valid on previous purchases, exchanges, or special orders.
    3. We accept all PING and Titleist items. Trade-in bonuses cannot be used toward select PING, Titleist, or FootJoy items.

    You represent and warrant that:

    • You have the legal right to sell all items you submit for trade-in.
    • Items are not counterfeit or stolen.
    • Your submission complies with the program terms.

    Note: We will use in-house experts to determine if submitted items are counterfeit.

    1. Items you submit must be in "playable" condition or we will reject such items. We use our sole discretion to determine playable items. Rejected items will be subject to the Rejected Items terms and conditions below.
    2. We cannot confirm the trade-in value of an item until we receive your trade-in. If we cancel your trade-in due to an invalid price quote, we will return the item to you at no extra cost. You will not receive any payment for a canceled trade-in.
    3. We may revise the terms of the promotions and may suspend or end the promotions at any time without notice to you.

    Rejected Items

    • We inspect items upon receipt in our sole discretion. Items failing to meet "playable" condition are rejected. You will not receive any payment for rejected items.
    • We reserve the right to cancel any trade-in in our sole discretion. You will not receive any payment for a canceled trade-in.
    • We will not return counterfeit items. Counterfeit items are imitations or false representations of products not produced by the original equipment manufacturer.

    Shipping Promotions Terms & Conditions

    Below are the terms and conditions for free shipping promotions:

    • A free shipping promotion applies only to shipping and handling expenses. Orders must be over the specified amount of the promotion.
    • A promotion only applies to the order subtotal. This excludes sales tax placed anywhere on the website or through the Customer Service Center.
    • Free shipping promotion applies to Economy shipping unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
    • Free shipping promotion only applies to delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. The promotion does not apply to shipments sent to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Box addresses. Orders must ship to a single address.
    • A promotion will apply as credit toward the shipping and handling fee.
    • Shipping promotions are not valid on previous trade-in, purchases, exchanges, trade-ins, or special orders.
    • Shipping discounts cannot apply to new PING products.
    • Consumers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returned items.
    • Promotions are not valid for cash, cash equivalents, or towards previous purchases.
    • GlobalGolf.com can change or cancel the free shipping promotion at any time.

    Product Promotions Terms and Conditions

    Promotions are subject to certain restrictions listed below.

    • Product promotions are only available for items stated in the promotion.
    • Due to manufacturer restrictions, some items do not qualify for a discount.
    • One product promotion applies to each order.
    • Discounts will apply to an order's subtotal.
    • Prices for products offered via the GlobalGolf.com website may change at any time.
    • Orders placed before expiration will receive the promotional discount.
    • Promotional discounts are only available while supplies last.
    • Promotional discounts are nontransferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash.

    Promotions are subject to certain restrictions listed below.

    • Returning a product using a promotional discount will equal what you paid for the product. These returns are subject to applicable refund policies.
    • You must return all special promotion orders (e.g. Buy 2 Get 1 Free) in full to receive a refund.
    • You may separate combination or bundled returns.
    • We will void the applicable discount for returned combination or bundled items. The discount amount will deduct from the amount of the refund.
    • We will not issue a refund if the discount amount is greater than the refund amount.
    • You may receive a free gift on occasion (e.g. Free shirt with a purchase). You must return the free gift to receive a full refund. We deduct the cost of the gift from the refund amount if the gift is not returned with the order.

    Release-Day Delivery

    To place a release-day delivery order:

    1. Place an eligible item in your shopping cart and click "Checkout Now".
    2. Select an eligible shipping address when prompted.

    Your items ordered by release-day delivery will ship before the release-day and arrive on the official day of release. Please note: All orders must be submitted 4 business days prior to the release date.

    Release-day delivery items are:

    • Not eligible for a promotions code.
    • Only available for in-stock items.
    • Not applicable to custom orders.

    If an item is not available for release-day delivery, we will notify you via email.

    Manufacturer Product Discount Exclusions

    Manufacturers sell products at low prices on new and preowned equipment. They may not allow product discounts on new equipment. GlobalGolf.com strives to adhere to manufacturer policies. That’s why we advertise a clear message to you on select products not offered at a discount.

    Additionally, products that are not eligible for discount will have text on the individual product page (highlighted below). There is also fine print on each product page that states which products are not eligible for discounts.

    Products not eligible for a discount include select items from adidas, TaylorMade, Callaway, Cleveland, Srixon, Mizuno, Odyssey, PING, Titleist, FootJoy, Pinnacle, NIKE, Cobra, Bushnell, Club Glove, Under Armour, and Garmin.
