I bought these because of a review. They were inexpensive so I thought ,what the heck. Now, I can't find anything to beat them. I always thought I wanted a set of Mizuno's. So I tried them, All of them. I hit the Wilson CI7 better. This is as close to a game improvement/player iron as it gets.Unless you are a single digit player, you don't need anything else.
It was time to drop my old Big Bertha super game improvement irons as I finally started hitting the ball sweeter due to learnig how to lag the club longer. As a Callaway diehard customer, I decided to look around a bit and loved the look of the Wilson Ci7's and decided to take a chance and tried them out at a local club shop. I immediately knew these were for me. I'm 59 years old with a clubhead speed of about ninety so I opted for the graphite shafts and haven't looked back since. My low handicap playing partner has hit these and likes these as much as his Callaway tour X's. A great looking, and feeling, club for the mid handicapper.
