The TaylorMade JetSpeed rescue is constructed with an ultra-high strength JetSteel and the low-profile and shallow head design allows for easy launch for outstanding playability. The new cut-through, open channel Speed Pocket design flexes with more efficiency and allows for a forward, low center of gravity, resulting in lower spin and increased ball speeds across the entire face. This bonded hybrid offers the ultimate in playability and is designed to deliver faster ball speeds and greater distance with less effort.

Handicap: 11-15  Plays Golf: I play more than once a week  Dexterity: Left Hand

Club arrived today, so I stopped at home befor my golf league. Hit it twice today, scrap that hit it twice total - 210 yards dead straight. Helped me birdie #1 handicap hole on the course...really happy with all of the Jetspeed products thus far.

Took this out the other night. Usually have a 3-wood on the fairways for that long par 4 or par 5's. This club generates the same power with a much 'truer' flight. Seems to have an amazing ability to sweep through the second cut from tough lies also. Now my first choice for may situations.

When hit well, it plays well

Handicap: 6-10  Plays Golf: I play more than once a week  Dexterity: Right Hand

First, the club was in brilliant shape, ordered mint and there was no way to tell that it was not a brand new club. Just that I only paid a fraction of the price.

The club itself, the clubhead is a tad on the heavy side. this becomes very noticeable for me at the bottom of the swing. The weight also makes it feel a little tough to get moving, and I'm not exactly a slow swinger(typically 100-105mph). The club does provide wonderful feedback on contact with the ball. Without seeing the ball flight at all, I can tell exactly where I hit the ball on the clubface. Ball flight is a touch on the low side with a natural draw, which can become a low hook if it's mishit. However, this simply takes anything to the right of the target out of play and makes the club fairly predictable.

Overall, the club lets you know when you hit it well in both feel and tons of length. Mishits still roll out well, but don't hold the target line as well as you might expect for a game-improvement hybrid. Still, a wonderful club that I enjoy pulling out of the bag to crush up to reachable par 5s, recover yardage from poor tee shots or hit tighter fairways without giving up a lot of distance.
