Great Retriever..extends 15 ft and is very sturdy. Latches onto the ball very quickly and doesn't drop out until you want it to.. Nice looking headcover also included.

Best ball retriever on the market

Handicap: 11-15  Plays Golf: I play weekly  Dexterity: Right Hand

This is one of longest ball retrievers on the market with that being said it pays for itself with being able to reach the balls most other people can not reach.

The design of head is an excellent concept for picking up the ball out of the water. You simply set it on top of the ball and it does the work instead of having to get it on top of the ball and then turn it and hope it stays in the little cup.

rating: 5 stars for design

This is not to say this ball retriever is not without flaw, this is my 3rd one that I am buying sad to say.

first one broke: fell apart when going to pick up a ball lucky it was close to shore I got all the pieces back the **** that holds it all together in the center came loose lock tited it in it worked great til the plastic arm on the side broke when the current in a stream took it and it hit a rock.

second one: my buddy dropped it on the cart path and the plastic arm broke again

rating 2 star durability

bottom line if them plastic arms were made out of aluminum this would be the last ball retriever you EVER BUY.

In the last 3 years my wife has made over $100 a year selling golf balls at her garage sale for a quarter a piece.

rating 4 stars over all

The only thing I don't like about this retriever is the locking ring slip sometimes. other than that, its a good product.
