All payments must be made in US currency. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Checkout, and Paypal. We also accept payment by money order and certified check. When paying by money order, certified check or with a Paypal account that is linked to a checking account (known as Paypal e-check) please remember that shipment cannot occur until after payment is received and verified. Please remember, that Paypal e-checks take 3-4 days to verify. We cannot therefore accommodate requests for expedited shipments for these orders.

State law requires us to charge sales tax for all shipments made to North Carolina. Sales tax of 7.00% for North Carolina shipments. Some counties and municipalities may be subject to an additional sales tax. For example shipments to Mecklenburg County North Carolina will have an additional .5% sales tax. Therefore sale tax will be charged on all orders if North Carolina is chosen as the state of shipment. Sales tax is not charged on sales of gift certificates. However, any purchase where gift certificates are used as tender will be charged sales tax if shipped to North Carolina.

Once you complete the check-out process, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number, information and additional instructions. Once payment is received and verified, your order will be processed. Please remember to add the email address questions@globalgolf.com to your safe senders list so that you will receive all confirmation emails. Your confirmation will include your order number and a link to our Order Tracking Page. You may track the progress of your order any time on this page. Once your order is shipped, you will be supplied with a carrier tracking number. You may then track the progress of your shipment at the carrier website. Please allow 3-4 hours before this information is updated at the carrier's site. Please also remember that we cannot provide tracking information for Military APO/FPO shipments as they are shipped via the US Postal Service.

If we do not have a particular new in-line item in stock, we will request a drop shipment be made directly to you from the manufacturer. When the order is confirmed with the manufacturer, you will be sent a shipping confirmation via email. If you require tracking information, please call our customer service team at 1-866-843-0262.

Please note that for your protection, our checkout system verifies credit card billing information and address information. This information must exactly match the information on file with your credit card company to process. As an extra protection for all International customers, we may request a copy of your credit card statement for verification purposes. Please remember these and other payment verification procedures may delay the processing of your order.

We make every effort to ensure that your transaction will be secure and safe. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any portion of this $50.00, GlobalGolf.com will cover this entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made from our secure server.

We use the industry standard encryption protocol (SSL) to safeguard all of your personal information. Your information cannot be accessed by any unauthorized individual. We are fully compliant with PCI requirements and our site is scanned daily by Hacker Safe ®. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must first notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Our checkout system will automatically apply multiple unit (add-on) shipping rates for multiple items. Unfortunately, website orders and eBay orders are unable to be combined since they operate on separate checkout platforms.

If you have a problem with your shipment, such as delivery or damage issues, please call our customer service team as soon as possible at 866-843-0262. While these issues are rare, they do occur. Each item is insured. When you call, please have your order number available. If your shipment arrives damaged, if possible, please do not open the box or remove any of the packing materials or the contents. Call us as soon as possible with your order number and we will process a damage claim with our carrier. We will then give you additional guidance regarding replacement items. We can only ship you a replacement item once the claim has been processed with our shipper. You may be required to sign a verification of the damage or loss.

We encourage you to call our customer service team with any shipping issues. If you need to contact the carrier, you can use the track your order feature to obtain carrier contact information.

All pre-owned items for sale are unique and most models are available in very limited quantities. Our product mix and availability changes daily. If you are looking for a particular club, you may set up a Product Alert on the My Account Page. You may establish an alert for a particular brand, model, style, loft, etc. Once we receive that particular model, you will be sent an email notification. Please remember that we cannot hold inventory until you complete check-out. If for some reason the product you ordered is not available, you will be notified regarding your options for product replacement.

We are authorized retailers for the most major manufacturers. If you need a specific new product and do not see it on our website, please give us a call at 866 843-0262 and we will assist you.

All of our pre-owned products are priced based on condition and prevailing market demand and supply. All of our new equipment is sold in accordance with manufacturer pricing guidelines.

Most new clubs, with the exception of iron sets and wedges, include a head cover. Most of our pre-owned products do not include a head cover. Certified Pre-owned products (drivers, fairways, hybrids/utlitiy clubs and putters) include a headcover.

Global Golf offers certain used product as certified pre-owned. Generally these products have undergone an intense evaluation, have a new grip installed, include a headcover and come with a 12 month limited warranty. We offer you the ability to purchase online gift certificates. These are a great gift idea for the holidays, birthdays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or just a great way to say thank you. Gift certificates may be purchased in denominations from $10 to $1000. To purchase a gift certificate, simply visit Gift Certificate page. While sales tax is not charged on purchases of gift certificates, it will be applied to shipments made to North Carolina or South Carolina when gift certificates are redeemed.
